Why do I use Ahab & Attack Speed side op skill? 1) Attack Speed not only increases speed of your auto attacks, it also increases the animation speed of your specials and ultimates! This is a strong mechanic depending on the week. With this additional information we can theory craft/enhance some gear. 2) Karin with a Swift ATK SPD set (20%) with 20% ATK SPD sub stats will trigger her ultimate/special faster, but deals no damage. Karin with a Britta ATK SPD set (20%) with 30% RNG DMG sub stats has more damage, but can't activate her ultimate/special fast enough. Now, what if we combine the best of both worlds? The Karin I'm using is a Britta ATK SPD (20%) set 30% RNG DMG with an additional 22% ATK SPD buff from my ship and side op skill. Now imagine what other gear you can make with this knowledge. ATK SPD with 72% CDR gear will make your animation go faster! 3) Although your tanks will become weaker without a defensive side op skill, some units can still benefit from this. Like Rearm Alex, who wants to spam auto attacks to get more barriers. Hope this inspires people to create new ways to play the game ^_^
Not a fan of ARosaria weeks since kinda hurts my gamestyle, but since the merge with SEA, I been having really good matches; regardless of wining or losing, ended up being super fun. Tho, most of ARosaria weeks ended up in a total different meta at the last couple of days
Olive, when activated, gives 15% DMG reduction, and Chinatsu gives 25% DMG reduction on deployment. In Lake week when your units are pulled, you can give everyone on your team a massive 40% DMG reduction buff. Lily and Sylvia are also everywhere, so giving your backline some defence helps them live longer Carmen is definitely better at healing, but I value defensive buffs Chinatsu provides this week more.

why not use Carmen instead of base Chinatsu?
