Those spheres only have specularity and they need more faces or at least smooth faces. I can understand if you kept poly count low for render times but at least share smooth also don’t use that environment map, just use plain black, and if you still want the gloss on the spheres use an area lamp and hide it from camera view.
This is a good video! It shows you can take real life not animated yawn ish things, add editing, a bit of animate, and presto video! Just like memes built in a regular thing!
