I’ve bought from there and never been scammed. All big companies have copy cat companies that have websites claiming to be them that’s not them. LUVME has this issue too. I’m not sure your experience but I don’t promote scams
@@AshTakeOff I ordered from their actually website and contacted their platform on TikTok and their customer service email about how I have to be at home to sign a package and if I’m not there and I put don’t need a signature their not responsible if my package gets lost or stolen. I said I could understand that so can I pick it up at a fed ex, ups, or post office and they saying it has to be at a dhl. Some people have to go to work or school. A dhl from me is 2hrs away from me that is ridiculous never heard of that before. Now when I’m asking them for a refund their ignoring me. Next week is my birthday week that’s why I bought the hair. Her given hair is lame for this.

I review and post content on brands and companies that I have personally bought from and worked with for years. I have multiple wigs/hair/ and clip ins from this company so I honestly don’t get where you’re coming from. Again, there are some people and websites that are fake and can scam but I’m not associated with that happening to someone.
