Allahs word is one, if we divide ourselves on the smallest matter such as hijab then everyone will be following their own version of Islam and we’ll all look different like the westerners. We are not westerners we are Muslim. In the Quran there is characteristics to hijab in Surat Al-Nisa’ that we all should be following not just following what we like and not following what we don’t like. Mine slips too sometimes but it really depends on the length and material of your undercap and scarf. Cass1256 is also right to say to use a pin to hold the scarf together. I may do a video on this if it helps :)

Everyone is on their own personal journey, Allah doesn't just look what's on the outside, he only views and judges the heart. If I would wear a hijab, I'd wear it just like that, because in my view, Hijabis wear their headscarf to not only show modesty, but also make themselves beautiful for Allah

You can use the needle-like pin on top and on the sides. To secure your hijab.
