I generally find if i'm using a colour passport, that just loading the footage into davinci resolve and using the colourpassport selector works instantly, it sets the colour temp and the exposure correctly for each of the white/grey/black sections and all of the colour segments to get the initial grade as close to "perfect" as possible for your camera.

@@TamaraGabrielUK davinci is FANTASTIC. I left the Final cut when Apple abandoned it back in the days, and many editors would rather not be forced to use premier (forced Adobe subscription as well)
Davinci being free* and upgrade versions available with a perpetual license is just phenomenal currently.
