I'm thinking that maybe this is how she kills-- so everyone who died is someone who had decided to draw the symbol on themselves, and then resisting. So... yeah. She just has to find a prisoner who has nothing to lose and nothing to go back for, and convince them to draw the symbol and to accept being taken over. Odds are good she will succeed sooner or later, yes.

This game misses the most important part about gods: If they can answer your prayers, then they can give you commandments. If they can come when you call, then they can come without being called. If its just a Pokemon who you deploy as needed, then its not a god.
This game was pretty funny because it was just so... Edgy, you know? It felt like a teenager was trying to come off as cool and evil, and it was just the fact that she actually had a god created that gave her legitimacy, when otherwise she would come off as insecure as every other serial killer
I feel like that's the horror of serial killers in fiction, yk? The fact that they are unreasonable, self-serving and insane. So giving credence to their insanity is supposed to have like an eldritch horror effect, where the horror is having your sane perspective proven wrong I think

This one deserve a sequel. This concept has much more to it then just 3 endings. I know it was probably because of JAM limits but still this story needs continuation. Honestly I would buy a big anthology game where every single one of your character have a hour long segments😂😂😂

This is called a servitor in chaos magick, the symbol obviously being a channel and name for the God. How she grew it's power was likely as she said; slow, patient devotion. This is actually a known technique. Although, whether human sacrifice would hasten this progress I don't actually know. Definitely if you believed it would, but any sort of devotion should do. The more powerful version of this entity would be an eregore, but she'd need multiple people to believe and worship and cultivate with her. Of course, now that she can take over minds, perhaps she can achieve that. It'll be a hard fought battle though, as cults around the world today already maintain their own far more ancient eregore. And the abandoned ones are a threat at times as well, of course, but typically only when you're already weakened.

So i'm guessing this "god" is a Tulpa. It ain't a true god that has existed from times unknown, it's little more than an overpowered imaginary friend (which would explain how she was able to feed it and help it become more.) This is why it requires belief as, according to wikipedia, "Tulpa is a concept in Theosophy, mysticism, and the paranormal, of a materialized being or thought-form, typically in human form that is created through spiritual practice and intense concentration." Which I believe lines up perfectly with her "god."
