Now, after seeing a cool recipe where Filo Dough is cut into strips and wound in and out of the center of an apple, I HAD TO TRY IT. Opened the box and some stuff was basic, like screwing the handle on. Turning the handle, no challenge. LOL, but what was that other little thing? How does it work? DUH. I felt so dumb and intimidated, till I searched and “Thank God”… found your video! You’re a life saver! And, your accent is kinda cute! So, thank you, thank you, for helping the rest of the World how to use and enjoy this nifty kitchen tool. Cheers from the East Coast of the U.S.A. ❤❤
