Publish the names of the greedy, money-hungry executives at Sonos who are ruining the company by pressuring engineers to release products that aren't ready yet
No matter who was down the chain of command, Patrick Spence is still responsible. The quality of software and support was disappointing for the Era already at launch but loud voices in the company and the lack of quality assurance on that platform change is not something that a CEO is unaware of.
Is anyone experiencing this issue - you listen to a queue of music and then change the source to TV - you can’t then switch back to the queue - it’s GONE IS THIS JUST MY SET UP??? HELP 🙏
I am a SONOS lover - and have got friends to buy the same. I have 9 speakers in my house on different levels. This new app has screwed me over - with so much maintenance and long phone-calls. How is that SONOS RELEASED THIS ???? Now to split different music into different speakers - is a multilayer operation. I'm trying to do this for my wife, as this is just too DIFFICULT !!! Please do some simplification SONOS team !!! Or give us the old app !!
The new app is all fixed then, huh?? 😂 Time to push hardware again I guess. I would stay clear of spending even a dollar on Sonos until they work as they did before this disaster of an app. And moving to a cloud based interaction seems to have only added lag. Not something that I’d brag about just yet.
BS. The app is still broken. In many ways. And even when I works, everything takes an age to load. I was one of the biggest Sonos fans in their early days, for years before they became a household name, but I am so done with the company now.

These comments are……… I guess companies who acknowledge their screw and consistently work at improvement isn’t good enough….
But that's just it... they didn't at first and it still doesn't work properly. It's a HUGE mess up and their CEO totally alienated the customers.
