Pre exalted easy tanks:
- splendor
- panic (if you corner EP off centering a bit from middle of him only 2 hit you and you can sit on him forever basically)
- cosmos
- crumples it takes 2+ full shotguns to kill you pre exalted; can sit on him until the first at least which is really safe to tank

Yes but that’s riskier tank; you can full tank 2 but need to avoid getting hit by more or other shots while backing out

It's not, I use an external software to apply motion blur because it's not practical in actual gameplay

Although you could use reshade to do something like that but I don't think you would actually want it
