You have talked alot about the machine speed which I totally understand, but you did not touch upon the fact that even though you are using commercial machines(more than 1 needle to do an embroidery design, you are still using the same thread we use(those of us with 1 needle embroidery machines). What about the friction on the thread and bobbin? I know when I slow my machine down to about 600 sitches per minute and do it for several hours, that bobbin area is very warm to the touch. I have notice slowing my machine down to the 600 stitches per minute, it sews better and I have far fewer thread breaks. Can you touch on this?

Ive noticed how much my babylock slows down even though its 1,000 SPM it rarely matches the estimated time
It's frustrating. I have a Bravo at work and a Brother at home and the Brother almost never hits its top speed.
