Not bad, I would maybe suggest using some plaster of Paris, Elmer's glue and water mix into a paste then put it over the foam and antlers to smooth it out a little better for there isn't as much bumps under the faux leather. You can wet your finger and smooth out the plaster of Paris very easily. Besides that looks great. I don't use the leather tacks, I just stretch the faux leather around the back of the wood the antlers are screwed to and staple it. Either way, we all have our own style. Keep up the great work.

Did the foam keep expanding?
Yes it's still expanding to this day. It's now filled my room Lol. No it only expands up to 3 inches and then cures. Thanks for watching
