14:47 its too close for me to tell, but the Darius bug might not be a bug. Darius only gets the ult reset AFTER he hits with his ult. Darius didn't get the kill. So, it's possible that Graves killed Taliyah just before the animation for Darius ult finished resulting in no reset but still putting it on cooldown.

Gnar's Boomerang always back in a "future position" from here u clicking to move, so Kingen just throw the Q and clicked to move to the right by the time que Q is comming back, then come back and leave it.
To move that fast to be where he would need to be positioned for the boomerang that direction he would need mobis’ ghost, sivir ult, and karma R+E
2 Things, first off the boomerang is going very far to the right, which would happen off a slight half a second click to the right, secondly you can watch the clip, he never turned to the right, and the only thing that i could imagine that would make the game think you are moving right is autoing the tower, which is definitely a bug if that's why it went to the right anyway
it is a bug, it shouldnt go that far away and gnar never actually moved into the direction the boomerang went after casting Q.
a fact I know about pantheon that riot hasn't fixed yet is that his empowered W triggers lethal tempo once, but in wild rift, it properly stacks 3 times.

On the "assuming Riot employees are high ELO" thing. I remember back in the day (season 2 iirc) someone (I think Phreak) mentioned that it was actually policy at Riot that all of their employees are at least gold, and that if they have an employee that ranked below that they would coach them for free. 14:37 well as long as i know, this isn't a bug, everytime i play gnar i just click away so the boomerang hits the enemy, that's just how the ability works
About the rule of player self reporting encountered bugs...
Teams actually got a list of all bug expected in the game to work around. And I think it is a pretty foundamental ruling that only player got to pause in game, so the coach really can't pause for bug even if they noticed it.
I guess the rule isn't really stupid, it's just a compromise we gotta make.
I wish Riot would update their colour blind filter. I'm colourblind and the only difference is my health bar colour.. Which that doesn't help me at all with my type of colourblindness.
something that helps for me is turning digital blindness up in nvidia control panel, i dont know if you can do this on other gpus

In response to the glitches (I know I'm late on this): Darius ults only reset if DARIUS ULT gets the kill. No one else can get the kill like other resets (*cough cough* looking at you Viego).
Just wanted to put in my two cents cause I noticed those details.
Edit: adjusted the claim about Maw. I can't see well enough to see if the damage just burns through it or if the CD proqs without the shield going off.

i don't know about others but when i reroll or just enter a game of aram i actually sometimes get champs that i don't own or that are on rotation; although i haven't played aram in the last like 3 months this bug for others, feature for me was happening for at least the last 2-4 years
iirc the aram free rotation pool is the current free rotation plus the past 3 so there's a much larger aram free pool

There are champs who are always available on Aram even if you don’t own them, there’s some article about it by riot so you can try looking it up (I don’t remember how it was called)

That mute list really needs to be fixed up a bit. I've been called useless and that was a-ok, but others got banned for saying "I need a kill before fighting" or "Samira cancelled my ult" like the words "kill" and "cancelled" are in-game terms :/ The AI doesn't understand intent and honestly people can get really creative with their insulting so they'll still trashtalk, just more creatively.
It doesn't show you what someone got muted for, that is what they said before they got muted, E.G:
Player : "Samira cancelled my ult"
Player : "Cancer autist champ" (Muted, and the chat here is not shown, instead it displays a message telling you they have been muted.)
E-Sports Views also probably worse because they nerfed drops so hard xD
Underrated pick for urf is tank rakan. Slap ms on him and then just ult in and knock up enemies with team.

Right before he died, he used E but then was killed pretty much right after. So there was a tiny area where the package was cast so the burn area was still still there. Just very hard to notice and small.
