    Thank you everybody for watching it! Just remember to cut cost even more u can always rent bolt cutters at your hardware store instead of buying them, that you might never use it again :) Also Harbor Freight do have them for $20.

    You clever son of a gun you! I need a shelf to hold my fan for 60-day dry aged steak in my miniature refrigerator. My shelves are glass. I needed a wire one to prop fan on top for airflow. You solved my issue for something completely unrelated. Many thanks!

    Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! To you and BlueCollarAdventures. My shelves slide in so this was unbelievably easy for me. It did cost me about $35 because I had to purchase a bolt cutter. Shelf slid right in and was secure. I have a Whirlpool WRS571CIDB, the tempered glass shelves cost $85 each! For less than half the cost of one shelf, I now have 3 (I probably could've borrowed a neighbor's bolt cutter. Would've cost me even less).

    Id try it without glue, the regular ones just pop in and the shelves will actually hold them from coming out... so I think, Id try it anyway. There are also rubbermaid clips that are just hook style. I never thought of this .. great idea !! Thanks !! Id like to install easy slide out baskets in my freezer that look decent, any ideas ?

    • @IvanRossS
      @IvanRossS 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      thisonelife x you can install metal tracks that people put on computer desk for keyboards. And then attach something to them. Also you can use baskets that already come with tracks, they use them in the kitchen cabinets. They all metal and plastic and should work just fine.

    • @IvanRossS

      Yes. Just get a plastic container, one that you buy for the kitchen, to store forks and spoons or different accessories. It's thicker plastic box that usually put inside of a cabinet. Or one that you put in sink to store washed dishes (wash forks spoons and knives )They about 2-3 hight. And width you would have to measure your door to find out how long it have to be. And you can literally screw that in with the screws into a door just predrilled holes too

    It LOOKS as if you put down some clear tape before drilling to protect the finish. I assume you were able to pull this tape up after mixing in the epoxy gel and BEFORE pushing in the clips. Am I correct in this order? Would paint tape be better? I imagine it would be easier to tear off, even after pushing in the clips, if you held the clips in with the other hand. Thanks!

      You need to get baskets. They sell white wire baskets at hardware stores like lowes and home depot at organize departments, people use them under sink or in closets. They can be mount on the door same way.
      Here is link, just an example, you can find them in white and much cheaper

And you can screw them in, right into your door through the plastic. You can add epoxy woth screws. Just be aware its going to be permanently

    • @IvanRossS
      @IvanRossS 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I did not drill through the refrigerator just through the plastic casing without damaging anything... is the same thing what they do at the manufacturing. Instead they will insert plastic plug with the Hole 🕳 so you can insert metal shelves into those holes or any kind of accessories

    • @IvanRossS

    Is there a risk I ruin my fridge like I accidentally did before by poking a hole with a knife and got the freon gas leak.

    • @IvanRossS
      @IvanRossS 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ofcourse there is a risk, but usually tubes located behind refrigerator. You can always Google diagram off your refrigerator, make and model, to see approximately layout. Usually deep freezers have tubes in the wall because they do not operate like refrigerator do, where you have a fan that circulating cold air through the internals of refrigerator and freezer section too, deep freezersdown have fans, otherwise your walls in the refrigerator would have frostjust like deep freezers do
