Dhaka is the city of shopping malls. South Asia's 2 biggest malls are located in Dhaka. (1) Jomuna Future Park ( This is South Asia's biggest mall and worlds 13th biggest) (2) Basundhara Mall ( This is South Asia's 2nd biggest mall and worlds 15th biggest),💖💖🇧🇩

The double-decker bus has no connection with the British, it is because of population and huge traffic. And yeah, in Bangladesh we drive on the left side of the road which is relatable with the British system.
Dude wth are you talking about =_= A specific bus has nothing to do with british influence! They are here because of lots of people & traffic, because we need em. Besides those bus are made by "Ashok Leyland" an indian company. All these double decker were imported from India 😒

As a Bangladeshi, I would personally recommend you guys to go to Sylhet or Chittagong regions. Try getting a view of the villages since our culture is deeply rooted in the "traditional village life", plus, who doesn't love a bit of nature? The hills of Chittagong and the Tea plantations of Sylhet would be great! Plus, don't forget to try the "7 Layered Tea" only available at a certain tea cabin in Sylhet!! Have a wonderful time!!
On a day trip from Dhaka, you can visit Sonargaon (medieval capital of Bangladesh), Gazipur Bangabandhu Safari park, National mausoleum in Savar, Mawa Padma bridge area etc. Within the city Lalbagh fort, Ahsan Manzil, National Parliament, Carzon Hall and TSC would be good choice.

Anyway guys if you want see the true beauty of Bangladesh i will suggest visit Chittagong ( Saint Martin Island, Ranagamati, Coxes Bazar etc lots of places is there ) and in Shylhet as well. Dhaka is also beautiful in terms of history and this city never sleep. Enjoy our local sweets and food from old dhaka. And be careful also . There is some bad people also to mock you but most of our people are welcoming and hospitable . And every distrct has its own beauty . Its not nepal like :) so, explore the difference. Try to avoid street foods that contain water and stuff like juices. That's risky stuff for the tummy. Most Bangladeshi people avoid that as well. As long as things are fried and boiled should be okay

Street fuchka is not bad. But when come foreigners here in Bangladesh. Most of them try to take take huge prize for goods. So be concern. Specially from Street salespersons. Otherwise i think, all things are ok,good. It's happened few times not all time. Bangladeshi street food always best. Just try to alert when u buy somethings & try to fixed that goods.how much is it? Most Bangladeshi people avoid as well? I live in New Zealand and I had street food in Bangladesh and I am pretty sure I saw thousands of people in the street enjoying foods and drinks on streets of Dhaka
I love everything about Bangladesh but the constant honking horn makes me so tired when I visit there. But love the food and mostly amazingly friendly people there.

Try to avoid street foods that contain water and stuff like juices. That's risky stuff for the tummy. Most Bangladeshi people avoid that as well. As long as things are fried and boiled should be okay

Street fuchka is not bad. But when come foreigners here in Bangladesh. Most of them try to take take huge prize for goods. So be concern. Specially from Street salespersons. Otherwise i think, all things are ok,good. It's happened few times not all time. Bangladeshi street food always best. Just try to alert when u buy somethings & try to fixed that goods.how much is it? (Prize) then give ur money. Whatever u r Bangladeshi or foreigners? I know My country people's are best.... ❤️but Some incident we can't take.
