ORE REGISTRATION FOR PART 1 EXAM : PART 2 VIDEO

Hello,
I have few doubts with my ore application form, please someone help me out with this if you are already done with your application process.
1) IELTS dont send the hard copy of trf these days , so can we send the printed version of etrf to the GDC with application pack
2) Is it enough if the regulatory body mails the GDC with conduct certificate
3) do we have to send both enic certificate and certificate of comparability along with the pack
4) what is the format in which we have to write 1600 hrs of experience.
Kindly guide me.

When the UG experience is being written by college dean, what should he mark in the area asking if he supervised the candidate's procedure directly : yes/no. As in our clinical postings we have HODs directly observing us.

Best for the person to sign who supervised you , or the college dean needs to do it on his behalf.

Is internship under undergraduate or post qualification. This is for the 1600hrs

Internship is after ug final year . You can give those hours as a clinical reference

If we download the form, it has to be submitted with in 45 days with all the doc? Otherwise?

Ur application gets cancelled and u have to make a new application
