They're all beautifully executed but I love the last one the most. I love the scribbling effect! 👍👍👍

I like the third one. Scribbling being a technique is cool.

I love the second technique especially, because it encourages the artist to consider the pear's form and shape alongside its light and dark tones!

Loved the scribble method as one can't go wrong with this . The chance of success with shading here is much more than the others considering, we don't need to follow a particular
Pattern . Thanks so much !

This was a beautiful video. The scribbling method was awesome and I will try this style out myself. I much prefer the methods of hatching and crosshatching as an beginner artist much more than the painterly style of using an airbrush or paintbrush for shading and technique.

following with the shape looks more real. and your voice is so sweet, it goes along with your sketch.

I honestly like all three, but, the most pleasing to the eye for me was the second sketch. Though, when doing this the most fun was the last. Something very gratifying about scribbling. I suppose it's the inner child resurfacing 😀...

Hi Leonardo, thanks for another awesome video! I enjoyed the the third method most because it actually showed me a way of drawing lines with fountain pen I've never thought of or seen. I also liked its free lines reflecting a unique artistic style. Great tutorial and have a nice day.

I liked the contour lines the best. As you mentioned, it does seem to accentuate the volume. Also, in my opinion, The doodling method gives the pair an interesting texture.

The 2nd snags the eye the longest, the scribble reminds me of seeing Frazetta doing a cat and starting with a scribble not even yet deciding what would be the final subject.I think the first would be the easiest to begin with and is also beautiful. My favorite is 2 it makes me think of the masters and its subtlety is a challenge to decipher.

Dear Leonardo, thank you so much for your lesson. :) I prefer the first technique which I definitely need to practise much more. I normally use the third one, the doodling method, as I feel it's the careless way to relax. I didn't even know that it's an "official" technique, really. I do that when I am speaking on the phone, LOL. Wish you a good day and thanks again for sharing your art. :)

Amazing! all three of them looks good. Now, Even though I heard you say you were drawing 3 pears, one for each pattern; it some how went straight out of my head when you started the second pattern because of the bottom half looked like a buttocks, well to me it did (and that was all I saw for the rest of that pattern). I then saw a pear in the final pattern, so all went back to how I should be seeing them.

He does very tight very smooth drawings using ball point pens but I can't tell what kind of shading techniques he's using. He doesn't respond to questions. I was hoping you could answer this based on your knowledge and experience. Thanks.
