Fine group of gentlemen? Looks more like someone left the door to the looney bin unlocked to me! LOL 😆 🤣 😂. That had to be tons of fun. Good to see the T and Jim's Conti getting some exercise. Cadillac tow truck?!. Cheers, see you Saturday, have a great weekend.
Would love to see more of Jim's Lincoln collection! My neighbor restored a Model A and when the chassis was finished we drove by the police station sitting on milk cartons! This looks similar! Great fun! Go speed racer AL!
Very cool races. I love that Caddy tow truck. A lot of luxury cars ended up like that . Have fun, and Be Careful on your bike trip . You're a TH-cam treasure.
Two things went through my mind. The sound made me think of a flight of WW1 era airplanes , which is about right. The dust especially with the bikes reminded me of the bit in Fear and Loathing reporting on the dirt bike races in the desert. Cool video. Love the T's
Nice midweek vid, Scott! EXTREMELY glad to see Jim's Continental out there, he's obviously put a little time into it & man, oh man does it show! Cool to see Matt's wrecker in service as well.
Oh there's Al, probably stopped for a smoke! Ha ha ha! Looked like a great day! Glad you got a chance to get away to do something different with the rally!!
Glad to see Jim's '41 Conti running as pace car. I saw him working on it last night on Strong's Garage (along with the '23 Cad wrecker!) Looking good, gents!
Al was perfect in the T race. Smoking a Dart and burning rubber at the same time. He needs to get him one. Jim's car is a sweet ride. Looked like great fun was had by all. Matt and Jim's Cadillac tow truck is amazing.
Thanks Scott, I love seeing these people having so much fun with their cars. Isn't that what it's all about, having fun with these old cars and, maybe reliving a earlier time?
No apologies necessary for the sound quality of this episode; I was going to compliment you on how good it was to hear the T turn over in the garage and later, all the way to the track. Words don’t describe the richness of these vaunted machines making the pace laps with Jim’s Continental in the lead. Pure dream sequence stuff and I’m grateful for your generous sharing of this event, which like these remarkable machines, is becoming rarer with each passing day.
Man, those driveway going and coming video shots have to be a lot of work. I need to do some of that to step my video caliber! Haha. Cheers Scott. Have a great trip out of town and be safe! Mike from Junk's Automotive
I bet that was a really good get together. Is that Jim's Continental convertible? Al is probably having a good laugh at your commentary. Have fun a the motorcycle rally.
Jim getting out of the tow truck: "Look it the car's still there!" Golden! 😂 I grew up on a steep hill in my town (south of Seattle) and I remember every time it snowed an old guy that lived further up the hill from us would get out his old Model T racer and bomb up and down the hill for an hour or so. So much fun for us kids to watch, and he was smiling from ear to ear. Fun times. Cheers from Lubbock!
I was at the auto paint supply store yesterday and a guy came in with his black full size poodle. It looked so much like frankers. He said it was a male and he had let it grow a four inch goatee because he told me everybody think's he's a female poodle. What a sweet dog.
With a mild roar, and a small cloud of mouse pharts, the T saunters away toward the races. Glad it was a fun and Safe time had by all. The bikes looked scary, and I'm sure it was mostly making sure to not hit the other guys, but it sounded Great. The Lincoln looked Stately as it rounded the track carrying a load of Very happy kids. Safe travels on the Bike Trip. Cheers ! (TY HunnyBunny for your great camera work, and for uploading this weekend.)
This video is a real slice of life! Thanks so much for filming the day for us! Seeing the Cadillac tow-car and Mr. Hotte's T racer in tow was somethin' else, and Jim took the day away in his super-clean '41 Connie. What a wild day- would love to have been there!
Wait... You're buying another car on Tuesday?!?! You know we can't WAIT to find out what you found!! Your T is in its own class of CWM cars. It ain't no finned space age car but what a beauty!
The bike racing scenes make me think of the movies in the 70s that would start off like that and end up with some PI destroying a whole town. That was a real going back in time event. Nice to see Jim's boat out.
Matt and Jim shared the Cadillac tow truck on the Garage show very cool. Hope your T never haves to go on the hook, but if it did you would be towed in style. Have fun on the run stay safe thank you ALL
Love the sound of the old Model T burbling away. She seems to be running pretty smoothly. So glad it was a nice day! Great to see the '41 Continental out and about. What a beautiful car! Man, if you recorded this using your 8mm with black and white film, no-one would be able to guess the date. What a fun day. Thanks for bringing us along!
Hey ! You left the garage door open ! You're sounding a little horse today Scott ? Al looks great in the Red Sled ! Great to see Jim's Lincoln ! I saw the 23 Caddy Tow Truck on they're site. So Cool ! What a great time ! See ya Saturday ! Cheers ! 🍺🤛😎👍
The way the old car hobby should be. The only addition I could think of would have been those trumpet horns on the Lincoln Continental blowing as the cars crossed the finish line! Have a safe trip to and back from the bike ride.
my thanks Scott and everyone for this video enjoyed seeing the motorcycles and the Model T race cool cars and Scott i hope you have a good trip stay safe cheers i will be watching Saturday excited.😊👍👍🍺✌❤
Sweet! Thanks Scott. I spent the morning de-rusting a side for my T roadster-ish thing. Had lunch then sat with a coffee and watched this. Wonderful day so far! Don't worry if the video for Saturday isn't as "polished"... It will be a fun thing as usual. Be careful on those 2-wheeled demon machines. ;)

It is a warm & wonderful hangout. Full of fascinating history, repair, & resto knowledge.
I do, I’m telling all my rowdy friends how cool this channel is. Model T races are bad-azz
Would love to see more of Jim's Lincoln collection! My neighbor restored a Model A and when the chassis was finished we drove by the police station sitting on milk cartons! This looks similar! Great fun! Go speed racer AL!
Great fun!
And there's AL, he must have stopped for a smoke.....hahahahaha, the best.
Look at Al (#11 )🙏🏆
Flat track too 🏁
Great day at the races !!
Good stuff .
Enjoy your weekend Scott. You deserve it. Also, thank you Hunnybunny for making sure that we get our CWM fix on Saturday. 👍🍺🍺
Surely the ECU must've failed on Al's car.
Scott what an awesome day at the “dusty” track! Ride safe and have a blast on the rally!
Very cool races. I love that Caddy tow truck. A lot of luxury cars ended up like that . Have fun, and Be Careful on your bike trip . You're a TH-cam treasure.
The old generations are looking down from hotrod heaven with a big smile.
As George Carlin used to say "There is no..... up there" 😂
Two things went through my mind. The sound made me think of a flight of WW1 era airplanes , which is about right. The dust especially with the bikes reminded me of the bit in Fear and Loathing reporting on the dirt bike races in the desert. Cool video. Love the T's
Good luck on your motorcycle rally!
I love these races.
What a fun time had by all😊!
H
Tin Lizzy's back in her house and you have a wonderful weekend!
What an epic event, proper old cars racing just like they would have done and little formality from what I could see, perfect
A fine day out, watching daredevils in wheel-to-wheel racing action at speads up to 45 miles per hour!
I totally understand how fantastic those machines sounds!
Nice midweek vid, Scott!
EXTREMELY glad to see Jim's Continental out there, he's obviously put a little time into it & man, oh man does it show!
Cool to see Matt's wrecker in service as well.
...What a great wholesome day at the Model T races...

It would be cool if Elton McFall would do a painting of the races!
Al was perfect in the T race. Smoking a Dart and burning rubber at the same time. He needs to get him one. Jim's car is a sweet ride. Looked like great fun was had by all. Matt and Jim's Cadillac tow truck is amazing.
I dunno how long you have had "HoneyBunny" , but it's good to see that you have someone like her around, she seems good people.
CWM needs a woman’s touch. Our lady friends here are a huge part of this thing we do. Cheers from still too warm Denver
Thanks Scott, I love seeing these people having so much fun with their cars. Isn't that what it's all about, having fun with these old cars and, maybe reliving a earlier time?
Jim’s a legend in his own mine 😂. Great day out for all .👍🏻.
Oh maaan, that looks like the right kind of fun
Enjoyed the races! Thanks for sharing. Bucket list event, that's for sure.
And pulling up the rear, the American entry: The Shed Racer with his own 6 ft trophy!😆

A tremendous, titanic, almost titillating "T" day.
That "T" sound is very recognizable.
A day at the races.
Great Video Scott. All looks great fun. Jim’s Conti looks amazing and I had forgot it was a convertible. Enjoy your bike trip on the weeekend.

Pretty good crowd for the race!

You need to build yourself one of these
Psketti night and a mid week CWM update. What's not to love?
Enjoy your weekend Scott, were you a little horse from all the dust at the model T races?? Wash it down with some cold snacks.
That car of Jim's makes him look like some rich American, like a lawyer or something.
Stock T class some day, double racing stripes, a Double Naught Spy number on the doors, and Tom as coldwarmotors pit crew Chief.
Oh,thought you'd trick me with an early post....😊
Such a cool show, thank you Scott... Cheers from Georgia..
