Thanks for the review... Have reached here just minutes before buying the CTR shoes.... Just that was confused if I should be buying the ankle shoes or the ones without it....! So made a decision of going for the ones without ankle as that can be worn even with the half pants...!

Will this shoe (or its low cut version) be fine for EBC trek when there is no snow or rain? Quechua shoes are bit tight in the front for my feet. Any wide feet shoes you would like to recommend for the ENC trek?

For low cut version I would say no..after Thukla pass it rocky terrain, small small gaps in between rocks..and after Gorakshep to EBC it more tougher..if leg stuck inside those gap definitely it will hurt.. plz prefer high Ankle shoe..any high Ankle shoe will be good if there is no snow or rain ..I’ll search for other wide feet shoe and I’ll comment here

In the month of March weather must be pretty clear…so can be used if in case rain or snowfall u have just little careful that shoe should not get drenched..👍

Sorry aaj jara travelling tha..so replying u late..Dekho agar weather clear hai, slow fall ya barish nhi hui to ye shoe sahi se kaam karga, but slow fall aur barish me ye Himalayan Trek pe thik nhi, mai apko waterproof shoes recomment karunga..!

I am using it for trekking in Sahyadis, but after using it, I get pain behind my ankle ( Leg Tandem). How to avoid it? Should I switch the shoes?
Oh ok..mostly the pain related to trekking shoes, will goes away after 2-3 days…if this is the case then u can try with different shoe.. and still the other shoe also gives you similar pain then I would strongly suggest u to consult with good orthotics doctor.. I have gone through ACL ligament reconstruction surgery I can understand the risk of it..though my ligament issue was not because of shoes..but still I can understand the risks of orthotic problems..specially with trek lovers..so take care
@@ChetanShende Thanks bro for a quick reply. I have seen this happening only when I use High ankle shoes. For One trek I used High ankle shoes from Quechua ( Decathlon Brand) and for one High ankle shoes from CTR (I guess it's the same as the one you showed in your video). Have you or anyone you know faced a similar issue? I will visit the doctor anyways. Thanks for your help again.
and I bought CTR High Ankle shoes for Rs 1000 from Nashik. Before buying online, check locally.

I have not use water proof spray…u can take a test here only and if u think it is doing well then go ahead…if ur trek is for small duration then i think u should definitely try

Sir ye mujhe 1799 ka mil raha hai Amazon pe lena sahi rahe ga mujhe bike riding ke liye chahiye tha aur moderate trek ke liye aur kya ye shoes easily clean ho jata hai iska shape tho nhi bighad ta after usage? Please reply if possible
Purely Bike Ride ke liye to nhi bolunga, but yes agar aap trek bhi karoge to ek dam sahi choice hogi.. iss shoe ka material Thoda dust absorb karta hai..but water cleaning se clean Ho jayega..shape nhi bigadta iska..

@@vinuck I think you can go for UK8 size but yes check if the replacement policy is available on this product because if it is not fitting for your size you can get for lesser or larger size
