To make you feel better about the failed oil change. The first time I tried to do my own oil change, I turned the oil drain plug the wrong way, stripped the thread, and had to replace the whole oil pan. I always check I'm turning a bolt the right way now ;)
Heel yeah Gianne (no idea how to spell you name, sorry)! Getting that Taniguchi flick and trace wheel technique down! Better than just letting it go and hoping for the best.
I'm sorry but I had to laugh, Benny :well it was great to kick some goals with the Falcon, NEXT the falcon says we're not done yet, Benny fixing the Falcons radiator and fans, I think you bit yourself on the arse mate, great video, awesome driving Gianne (sorry if I spelt your name wrong)
Ear glasses! Gold. Surely, there's a market for eyes plugs given some of the things we see 😂 "Lo lo lo lo lo lo lock." You're such a character. Lol. Epic vid. Great to see it out on the track even after mishap
I'm a little behind on videos, but it's funny you talking about the tanks exploding, because idling in traffic the plastic tanks on my VZ L76 Crewman did exactly that the other day. Pretty impressive when they go though.
Would love to do something like this with a Falcon. One day.. Reckon the pump might have been working harder with the extra lock? Or just standard Falcon pumps dying?
So just a quick run down, measure desired distance you want to go (for example I would probably go 25mm for personal preference) what’s the dealio with the step drill and preferred way to use that?
Mathuw just measure the factory hole and match it up. You can buy proper taper reams if you want to match it exactly, if it's a skidpan car like the one in the vid a step drill like Ben used will work well enough.
Nice work yep the ba deffently looking the part and buy looks of it drifting better with extra lock in steering u gave me more ideas if i buy another skid car to do that lol trying kick flip falcon radiator love it hahaha awsome cheap drifter car now so can any car go to them wet pan things is that sdy one ?
Trying to slide my bf with standard suspension you really have to steer it compared to my old 33 that you could steer with your foot and let go of the wheel
Anyone know if i need extended tierod arms for this? Or do i just losen the rack end and allow it to straight itself, i have one wheel straight and one wheel is like on a 30 degree turn
I can see the purpose behind the strict laws in place with car modification. I just don't see any statistical evidence to back up any of it. There's shit on the roads in Florida that couldn't pass a tech inspection if the inspector was blind and nobody seems to get hurt lol. Shit, mother nature turns rust belt cars into more of a hazard than homemade knuckles with a blowtorch and a brazing rod and nobody cares lol. Or dies.
I appreciate the timing of the soundtrack matching the action 👌👌
nice work Benny, we hope to do similar but on an XF Falcon!

Mint! I just did the modified steering knuckles & new suspension on my drift commodore.
When are you dropping the album, Benny? "La la la la lock" (drifters lullaby) released mid 2020?
Dad was cutting an inch out of the top wishbones on his EH in the 60s, good weld did the trick.
Best of luck with the hand brake gents

Nice guys!! Changing a rear quater on ba/bf you can do it in a day and a half!

Bennys signature wheel bounce 👌🏻

Club FG going to go nuts over the extra lock mod
Stock camber plates can be redrilled to for negative camber, little bit of camber makes the world of difference when steering a ba
Good job Benny and Gian!
Love the Berrics reference 😂
yep, luv the wheels. great look.
Good episode mate.
Would love to do something like this with a Falcon. One day..
Reckon the pump might have been working harder with the extra lock? Or just standard Falcon pumps dying?
Yeah I think the pump was hating life, light have to go to an astra pump
@@BennysCustomWorks Hey mate what was the measurements for the new hole?
have to do this to my au's knuckles
Gian must pay Benny a mint for all this work! 🤣

How good is the dak dak being in time with the music at 6:22 though?!
what are the measurements for the tierod hole?
I think it was 30mm

Hey man any clue what size drill bits you used?
Great channel bud 👍
ugga duggas to the beat... nice touch

As red dirt diaries says: "dodgey mods are the best mods" 😉
BA FALCONNNNNNN YEEEWWWWW YEAJ BULLLA JUST PEELIN ❤❤
How does the steering mod compare to the cut and shut uprights?
What do the blue triangles mean on a lot of the cars in the skid pan video?
It means battery location. So that track officials know where they are incase of emergency and they need to disconnect it.
@@graememcfarland thank you for sharing this, I was thinking the same thing, cheers 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Nice work, but aye dat MR2 doe! Lol
I swear I've seen that yellow falcon on the news
Yer gian get it bro
heya whats the measure from old hole to new hole you drilled? thank u love the channel
We’re about to do it all again so will confirm but I think it’s 35mm
@@BennysCustomWorks top man bro
@@BennysCustomWorks love the work u done bro gonna watch handbrake vid now lol thanks
Chop off the rear muffler and chuck a 2-1/4" hotdog in it's place, cheap and they actually sound great.
We actually put the stock exhaust back on
its a shame we dont get skid pan events in perth ay
Eric koston approves of this episode.... 😂
Trying to slide my bf with standard suspension you really have to steer it compared to my old 33 that you could steer with your foot and let go of the wheel
How much further back did you drill? Thinking of doing the same on my au
30mm
Gimme dat SW20 Benny.
Song during the skid pan session?? 🥵👌
Did you have to roll the rear guards on the car
Anyone know if i need extended tierod arms for this? Or do i just losen the rack end and allow it to straight itself, i have one wheel straight and one wheel is like on a 30 degree turn
Sounds like you don't know how to follow a simple video mate, maybe head back to school.
HOW MANY FUCKEN WHEELS DO YOU HAVE?!?
Lots…..
Now all it needs is a bit of camber /......\
Would be nice to know who registered this car after those mods were done…
🤐🤐
Hasn’t been re registered since any of the Work, and won’t be .
Bet you reminded the teacher of homework in school didn't you?
🤣🤦♂️

Australia definitely goes way too hard on modifications and nowhere near hard enough on people actually being able to drive a car properly.
What are those blue triangles about?
Shows the battery location for emergency services at the track
