The way minerals / metals of states like Chhatisgrah or Jarkhand are considered as central gov properties, instead of state gov, making most mineral rich states of India the most poorest, which is even wrong. But, Water is necessity and it should be considered as Central gov property, rather states government.
Central govt whether current or previous ones are the reason why states having natural resources face 'resource curse'. Central govt hasn't given Jharkhand's 1.5 lakh crore rupees to Jharkhand despite the multiple requets of Jharkhand govt and it uas been 3-4 years. Even the opposition in Jharkhand not cooperating in this regard.
Mullaperiyar dam dispute can be easily solved by building a new dam.. Kerala is always ready to share water for Tamilnadu.. But Kerala want safer dam, mullaperiyar dam is 126 year old British gravity dam.. Nearby Tamilnadus own 25 vaigai dam collapsed.. If mullaperiyar dam collapse.. Directly wipe 3 lakh people in banks of river.. The water will be flowing toward idukki reservoir.. If Asia largest arch dam...idukki dam or adjacent cheruthoni dam couldn't withstand the mighty power of water.. The entire ernakulam district will be under water.. The city of kochi will be entirely destroyed.. The mud will filled entire city about heights of 10 Meters
