Today I recalled the days of my childhood, when my mum used to make an incredibly delicious vanilla pudding that my brother and I would devour in no time. From that memory, I decided to share this little treat with you.

Ingredients for the vanilla pudding
5 whole eggs + 1 yolk
170 gr sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
700 ml milk
Liquid caramel to grease the mould
