Thank you, just loved listening to your story, filled with wonderful ambience and great story telling. All the voices were intriguing. And you are right (per a previous comment to someone else) I could not stop listening to the story as I was trying to fall asleep. Will probably have a nap this afternoon! Cheers and look forward to more!
@@Failte630 oh no that's how I do fall asleep every night and sleep through! There's a lot of us over at the bitesize audio TH-cam channel, as well as magpie audio who has recorded among many other things, every single Sherlock Holmes story. You see we get to fall asleep to a lovely story and that's why we like it. A lot of people with anxiety and it helps them and the rest of us just, as when we were children, love to fall asleep being read to The next night you just sort of start around where the last place you remember end the same thing continues every night until you've gotten to the end! And the content creators like it a lot because they get so many extra clicks! Success and joy all around~and great sleep! (In the maddening, sickening era of trump it's almost a must)
Really enjoyed this 👍 - Good writing, well acted, ambients sounds were just right😁 Took me on a tour of a London I used to know and love well. Many thanks - made my evening😁
An ambulance was not summond for Alexander, despite the fact he had been strangled, and required😢 resuscitation. This oveesight in the drama is quite perculiar

Heck of a story
I love radio stories ♥️
Whole scene in the clinic was lifted wholesale from "Farewell My Lovely" by Raymond Chandler. Blatant plagiarism.
@@ericfaragh Very true. It’s a great scene though.
True and well spotted. Wondered if anyone would notice that.
Anyway, the whole thing is a bit of a Chandler imitation. There have been much worse than this one, though.
Very enjoyable! Thank you for sharing! ⚘
This was so enjoyable .
Excellent ❤
The scene in the cell reminds me of a similar scene in a Philip Marlowe ...or am I misremembering?
You’re not. Bit naughty to lift a scene like that but it’s a great idea from Marlowe
"Your favorite man.." ( in this port..)
Thank you
Love the humor 😂😊😅!!!!
A tremendous yarn! 🏆
Shot full of dope scene llifted directly From Chandler s "Farewell My Lovely". Almost direct copy.

Nice, but the scene with Frey's receptioninst is so ridiculous, I wondered if it wasn't just a big joke made on purpose.
Nice 😊😊😊

I almost abandoned this because of the demeaning treatment of women
@patsywork5404 - what caused you to continue listening to this demeaning treatment of women, surely not for the full 3-35 ?
Doesn’t this story simply reflect the attitudes that prevailed at the time - 1958? If so, not sure what the issue is?
