Ep 60: DIY Pedal HEEL Straps on a Recumbent Trike

For those of you without clip on pedals on your recumbent trike, here's a DIY approach that I think will work for most. It's an affordable way to attached a customizable heel strap to your pedal. Here's what you need: Two tarp or tent 12" bungie cords with ball on the end. That's it! Ok, just watch the video of visual instructions.
