Another issue they really need to solve, is to clarify the uplifts and the extra charges for what is not included (the various Dolby, IMAX, Recliner in some cinemas, etc.). Compared to the competitors (Cineworld), their T&C are a mess, and they seem to randomly change things from one day to another.
Had it a week, but can no longer make bookings as they've barred my account for making bookings and not turning up, I've never missed a booking so this is entirely on the staff, so for a first week a lot of hassle and basically its rendered utterly usless because of the QR code scanning system doesn't work. So i think I'll be cancelling unfortunately. Nice idea though
I can't decide between Cineworld or Odeon unlimited/limitless, a big deciding factor for me is if they play old films and how often? Seeing a 90s film in cinema is something I rly enjoy. I can't seem to find any info about it so I wanted to ask for your experience! Thanks!
Things I would take into account: - How long it takes to get to your each cinema - The cost to upgrade to premium seats (if you want to do that) From my personal experiance both cinema chains show the odd old film from time to time but seem to focus more on the more up to date blockbusters. Each indivual cinema differs ...my cinema in bournemouth might show more throwback films than say a cinema in London The overall decision is down to what works for you and what you think is worth your money, If you're super into watching classic films maybe invest in a 4K bluray and see what thats like! ;) Hope that helps
Hi Matthew I was thinking about getting a limitless membership as I go to the films a lot and was wondering if you were bringing someone else with you to the cinema who is not a member either they get free tickets, discount or anything
Hey Ben - I tend to go by myself :) Unfortunately you don't get any benefits for people you're with ( apart from a 10% discount on food) so if you both go regularly I'd suggest both of you getting a membership. If you both subscribe you can book your tickets at the same time on one account Hope that helps! 👍
Believe it is down to the cinema in question!
