I have experienced this phenomena myself. Far as I recall, a key factor is you have to be holding W and the frost must have placed the mat as close to the window as they possibly could, and it becomes relatively reliable in those conditions. Still, I wouldn't really consider it viable unless you know the enemy frost, and at that point you might as well just find the window that you know they're not going to mat unless you're going for a direct obj entry.

Frost main here. It's how the Frost is positioned. Learnt it in Chalet through Meza windows. If the mat is RIGHT against the window wall, Amaru hops over through momentum, about 1 step back and while more easily shoot able, will catch Amaru's "smartly" rushing into soght
Hot take: Some people talk about the old Siege as being in a much better state than it is today. However, I'm glad they changed the game. It was broken and lacked tactical depth. Remember the constant abuse of lean spamming and drop shots, bullet holes, the prevalence of overpowered guns and abilities, numerous glitches, poor map designs, brightness issues, broken sound, visual bugs, endless loading screens, rampant toxicity without penalties, and the lack of effective ways to report bugs? Not to mention the developers' initial disregard for community feedback and the absence of a proper bug reporting system like what we have today with the R6 Fix website.

Too many people are blinded by the nostalgia of that era in their life. I have been playing siege since Year 1 and can confidently say that the game is in a much better state than it was at launch.
tbf the broken sound is still a thing and IMHO the valor system is ass, i got bad rep just from tk'ing a cheater and i have a high amount of grief when i just play the game like a normal person
Ive been playing since Year 1 as well. I feel that the game is so much fun to play and easier to get into casually. And numbers dont lie . On Steam alone its averaging 130-150k not including Uplay and crossplay. There are way more playing now and are playing consistently. I can find games more often too even at late hours. The valor system also seems to be keeping toxicity down. before when i play casual, there are those that want and expect you to pick a meta pick and counter. Now you can play whatever you want as long as youre not throwing the game.
The brightness issues is one I can’t believe people forget about, you couldn’t even try to look outside without getting blinded by 10 suns
I've had this happen, it happens if the mat is too close to the window as Amaru seems to go further than normal.
Literally had this happen the other day. One of my friends hopped in after me and confusion ensued because I had made it in fine, yet they were downed.

I've had 2 mats not hit amaru twice this week on 2 different windows
if you put them too close to the windows, amaru pass over. normal vault windows will fall into the frost, but amaru don't.
If you put the mat long-ways, it should cover the spot Amaru lands on

That plant spot on first clip is so easy to counter just make holes on the window and play piano vert, enclosing your self and make a rotate on the hatch to garage, perfect op for it in my opinion is lesion or maybe smoke may be good too
If you just impact, or shotgun the cutout they can’t plant.
It's been like this for a few seasons you have to place it further out to catch amaru

It's not the first time I have ever seen that. Last time I have seen that, was back when Osa came out. As to why I dont put my frost mats close on certain windows.
So frost mats under window can be placed in a way it’s nearly impossible to shoot it out on top floors of some maps, because you can pixel place mats, if the mat was pulled a bit back from the window where it’s easily noticed by a person on window it gets Amaru but putting it to far back can allow amaru to fly over it.

Thorn with barb and jager is a must. The only map where warden is a good pic and u can freeze the claymores with turb for a run out. Pulse/soils for plant denial. Mastero cam. At least 5 ez ways 2 stop plant

we have 4 or 5 operators whit traps, torhn can counter easily, goyo the window would break amaru, frost would buy some time, maestro could help but most players just panik when amaru breaks in
The frost mat was too close to the window meaning the mat's position made it possible to get past and you can get over as any attacking operator as long as the frost mat is too close.
ive seen this happen before on kafe. i think amaru lands far enough away from the window that they can miss the mat if its right up against the wall

I've actually had this happen to me about 2 seasons or more ago. I thought it was a thing if you take the right angle and the matt is directly under the window
so as far as i know, sometimes when amaru grapples into a window since she is moving so fast her tummy gets upset and as she enters the building she farts, when she does this it propels her just enough to miss the frost mat

To counter this plant spot put a goyo on the window you won’t see the explosion and Amari would die by fire and bomb would be blocked by a repel inside on a window so they can hold bomb without needing to peek window and you won’t be able to plant just hold down deep site and win by time

This happened to my game twice last season and im not even the amaru or frost but my guess is the frost mat got put down really near the window and amaru is spamming run.
Also idk if it's wall breach or ash charge but I've seen them blow the floor in front of a window sometimes and take out the frost mat with it which I feel is bs but it is what it is
it happened to me on Coastline before, my frostmap didnt trigger to an Amaru.

I was playing with my brother some ranked and he did the exact same thing. I have no idea how but he did it, frost mat under the window and he just goes in dodging the frost mat and starts planting without even hitting the welcome mat.
It’s not that difficult to replicate. If you put the mat as close to the wall as possible then you can clear the magical fridge sized vacuum hitbox the mat usually has

Heres a new theory on the shot invalid, rank based hit markers like cod. Lower rank shots that should hit miss and higher rank shots that definitely should miss hit. That sums up the past 3 days of ranked for me.
He put the frost mate too close to the window. Same thing happened too me but I was frost, tried it again but backed the mate up just a hair from the window and it worked again.

So the bot thing is pretty straight forward, if you except a friend request, or have it sent to you, it wont immediately allow them to take your account. But if you join any call, party, or group with them, they'll have access to all of your information if they are a hacker. Grabbing peoples information is extremely easy nowadays, if anything, a cakewalk kind of easy. If you do certain things you can be doxxed, or worse. Alternatively, these bots could very well be scam bots, as scammers are becoming a bigger and bigger problem in every single industry.

Harder after Deimos. You can make holes under the desk and shoot the person planting.
You could also shoot the floor 3 times with a shotgun, or impact the floor.
@malachi412 : More risky playing under. At least, in my own view, I always had someone lurching under. It's worth it if someone doesn't ban Kapkan, his ban feels unworthy. I think doc is worse. Console players just suck at looking at doors or droning them.

If that wasn't the case, why not use Tachanka or smoke and just open all the floors, I have planted the bomb many times on open floors near windows. (To shoot me while I plant type shit) the only thing you shouldn't plant on is a hatch because we all know what happens when you do.

If thw Frost mat is too close to the window it will not effect Amaru. Also, how is Ying blinding Glaz? I had several matches earlier where a Ying didn't blind me when I had my thermal scope on

Are you playing standard? There is no way that plant works in lobbies higher than gold, people usually preplace a C4 below the window or play some plant denial like Goyo or Smoke to counter that.

@@byronhall3499yup its an AOE effect. Thats how she gets most kaid chargers off the wall in like CCTV room on Clubhouse. You dont need to put the kaid on the breachable wall directly, but on the non breachable brick wall or wall where the tv's are and it will effect the breachable wall and electrify it. So if you kali lance both sides of the breachable walls youll get the kaids put on the unbreachable walls. Same case here.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think there is a slider or anything so the only way to achieve a thinner thickness would be to change fov or aspect ratio. Would be way off tho lmao

It works 90% of the time for you dude because your videos seem to be made in a plastic-level lobby. In emerald and upper lobbies people are prepared, they pre-place C4 or simply make holes on the floor to counter from the bottom or the warden is around to deny. Even solis will be ready to deny this plant.
