The BatCycle was discovered in 2017 by Claudia Furthner, and this demo in progress was designed and beaded by Kate McKinnon. Before the second set of Triangles is installed, the cycle has many possible stages, including flat flexagons.

Great to see the faces on this machine. Thank you for showing it in such detail. Batcycle is on my bead board.

Please note that only ONE set of Triangles is installed at this time, which is why there are so many views/rotations.

6 warped hexes and 6 triangles, but room for 6 more triangles. Go see the pattern.

Thanks so much for posting this. Is there anywhere which would show me where to put the triangles? I've watched videos and read but can't figure it out. I feel like if I knew where everything went then I'd understand it. I think I have my warped hexagons joined correctly.

I'm a total beginner, I've gone a bit nutty with stashing seed beads. Not so much delica beads .... Can I learn your Jedi ways with 11/0 beads? Japanese mostly.

You need cylinder beads for this kind of thing because the peyote shapes that are seamed together to make it won’t have straight edges if made with regular rounded seed beads.
