I would not put my granny in a shoebox next to the washer/dryer! If you look at the price per sq ft, it is on par with the other landed properties Lim mentioned. Though I love the Victorian design, I need a decent sized master bedroom, study AND guest bedroom.
Some years ago, I saw a reproduction of an advertisement from 1957 where terraced houses (not sure which area in Singapore) were for sale at $15,000 each. Assuming it's the same area, that would be an annual compounded price increase of 8.45%.

Just thinking, if its such a good deal comparatively to other similar projects within the vicinity, shouldn't the owner be asking for more? That is unless there is time pressure to conclude the sale..
i agree. seems a bit too good to be true. but very well-designed and renovated, cosy little house suitable for a young couple or a small young family with 1 kid. i predict it will be snapped up very quickly because of the very competitive pricing which almost seems suspicious
Disagree. The property is too small. People who wants a private property usually have more than 4 people. This seems more like a 2-3pax house. Who can afford 2 over million?
The price is affordable considering its freehold and landed. But if you look at the psf of the home its on the high side. 1900psf that's more for a brand new landed property with fully A&A done up.
Is definitely overpriced even with the nice renovation. Reason being that landed property is usually priced according to its land size. This particular property land size is only 1200 plus sqf and to pay $2.5m is extremely expensive

Orrrrrr....you can buy yourself a maisonette. Really small for a $2.22M property. But the look is nice and modern. Love the walls.
