They are "Open Comedones". The clients need your help, the most with the red and scabbed areas as they are full of junk underneath the scab. The blackheads can wait there are 1 million of them but the areas that are red and raised are full of pus. These people need your help with priority. Black heads are black because the sun reaches the pores and oxidizes them. They are already opened. Also, if you have a lot of bleeding, take your finger and apply direct pressure to that spot with one of your fingers pressing on it with a cotton for a minute or two and they will immediately stopped bleeding. Has the clotting factors get going and form blood clots instead of dripping blood.
