No, in 6:25 you can still see blue icon of tires. I think it means Sparks did mandatory pitstop and there was no rain. Simply bots in this game aren't pitting if they don't have, only possibility is change of weather or tirewear on longer distances. It's one of things Vincenzo should improve!

had some ups and downs today, first race, first point finish (totally didnt cheat), and although we fell off in the 2nd race, it is a decent start for the car we have, we will work on it heading towards the next round. LETS GO BWT
