I have many others that I like of course (talking just about guys) but these two always pull me in. so glad youre appreciating him 😭 some fun facts abt the videos: -move was meant to break away from gender norms ! the outfits he wears are meant to be gender neutral, and especially the choreography as well ! he worked with japanese choreographer koharu (the lady in the video) who he's good friends with -2 kids was shot in paris ! he wrote the lyrics himself, and did a lot of other work with rearranging the song and such (tho he doesnt compose really) the dance is also almost entirely improvised, he came up with a rough idea of it on the day before the flight there ! -criminal !!! the sequal to 2 kids, he wanted to show a "stockholm syndrome" type of twisted love. he's playing 2 different characters in the video if you look closely !! the "criminal taemin" and the "victim taemin". the "never gonna dance again" trilogy is also meant to show him dancing in ways that he never has before, he said he wanted to "reinvent himself" -idea, the final act, is meant to be him "rising up", showing hell, heaven, and the earth (fire set=hell, the woods=earth, the white sweater/apple store set=heaven). it's supposed to have an open ending !! There is no K-Pop idol out there like Taemin, The Ace, idol of idols and also, as you have seen in Think Of You - our adorable baby cheese. WIth Taemin's last album Never Gonna Dance Again Act 1 and Act 2 (both are absolutely amazing!) it's well worth reading a bit up on it - there is a whole concept behind it. it's also worth it checking out the lyrics (Think Of You for example...the lyrics are rather sad - in contrast to the MV and the melody). As you've already seen he works a lot with symoblism. For both Criminal and IDEA there are a few bts/commentary videos - you can find them on SHINees YT channel. YES Taemin is incredible! Along with Shinee, he's also a member of SM's supergroup SuperM, who I 10000% recommend checking out as well. Ah the duality of Taemin - he is one of my ultimate biases. He is the best dancer in kpop (decided by his peers no less), has a stare that looks right into your soul but is also the nicest & sweetest man!! He debuted with Shinee at the age of 14, was told he was tone deaf but practised with the help of his fellow Shinee members & has reached where he is today through sheer talent & hard work! I kinda love him (if you hadn't already guessed)! I recommend you check out his Japanese releases Sayonara Hitori & Under My Skin & Korean MVs Press Your Number & his debut Danger, all personal favourites (but all his songs are amazing)!

I'm so happy you picked the iconic Move along with the other 4 which shockingly Taemin all released this year?! god. all in 2020. he really has not disappointed with any of his title tracks. you have so much more to discover. and these songs? you haven't even seen the dance practices (full choreo!) or live performances (they're even better than the MVs and his live vocals, as expected from a SHINee member, are unbelievable). :)

welcome - Shawol-in-the-making! :-) Yes - he is incredible, he's unique, he is an artist in the true sense of the word. There is no K-Pop idol out there like Taemin, The Ace, idol of idols and also, as you have seen in Think Of You - our adorable baby cheese.
WIth Taemin's last album Never Gonna Dance Again Act 1 and Act 2 (both are absolutely amazing!) it's well worth reading a bit up on it - there is a whole concept behind it. it's also worth it checking out the lyrics (Think Of You for example...the lyrics are rather sad - in contrast to the MV and the melody). As you've already seen he works a lot with symoblism. For both Criminal and IDEA there are a few bts/commentary videos - you can find them on SHINees YT channel.
Enjoy discovering this amazing artist and please check out SHINee too - imho there's no way to fully understand Taemin if you do not know SHINee as well.

YES Taemin is incredible! Along with Shinee, he's also a member of SM's supergroup SuperM, who I 10000% recommend checking out as well. For more Taemin songs I'd definitely say do Danger, WANT, and Famous!

Ah the duality of Taemin - he is one of my ultimate biases. He is the best dancer in kpop (decided by his peers no less), has a stare that looks right into your soul but is also the nicest & sweetest man!! He debuted with Shinee at the age of 14, was told he was tone deaf but practised with the help of his fellow Shinee members & has reached where he is today through sheer talent & hard work! I kinda love him (if you hadn't already guessed)! I recommend you check out his Japanese releases Sayonara Hitori & Under My Skin & Korean MVs Press Your Number & his debut Danger, all personal favourites (but all his songs are amazing)!
