One of the BEST Tamino’s I have ever heard!!! Glad I found you when I happened upon your “A chloris”! Wishing you all the very best, and I hope this industry gives you the solo chance you deserve!
Wow a 21st century Fritz Wunderlich lives! I knew not all the greats have left this Earth. Wunderbar!!! What heights could be reached with a full blown orchestra. This is now one of my favorite renditions. So passionately rendered. Mozart would be proud. Emperor (Amadeus movie) : Well tell them Mozart, name us a German virtue Mozart: Love, Sire. Me, listening to this song: Yes.
@@CullenGandyTenor Very much!!! I'm not sure if you've done "Un Aura Amorosa" and "wenn der freude tränen fließen" --coz I'm sure your awesome voice and technique would just do wonders in these arias. Just in case, I'm so looking forward to your renditions of these in the future! :)
I don't know where you are now, I hope you are applying to company young artists programmes. You have real potential to be very successful, and I say that from experience working in opera.
After Juilliard in 2012, I did Santa Fe in 2013 and 15, DMMO in 2012, I had a residency at Teatro Regio di Torino and I also enjoyed a modest career as a soloist before I switched over to full time opera chorus here at the lyric opera in Chicago. I am glad you enjoy my singing! Let me know if there’s any art song or arias you’d like to hear maybe when we get back to business I will do them.
@@CullenGandyTenor that's great that you are singing in the chorus. Excellent experience. I look forward to hearing your future videos. It is a difficult time now with covid, so stay positive. Your voice type enables you to sing a wide range of arias, I think you would sound great singing the aria from le Roi d'Ys, or any Mozart, Cosi, la Clemenza, Arbace's- se cola and many others. It is lighter, but you will have plenty of time for heavier repertoire. All the best
So beautiful!
