$$$ can get singers to your events. Who knows how much the groom paid for this to happen.
Not even here in Italy, not even here where I do live, 10 miles from Andrea's home, you can have a real hope to have Andrea singing for you….. great present for a day that will remain for ever!!!!!
They surely are very rich..it must have cost some serious money to book him for a wedding...he is a legend, an Italian treasure indeed

Has it ever occurred to you that some wonderful people do these things to bring joy to others? He is likely a philanthropist, as well if f you know what that is. Great people do great acts of love and kindness.
I wish I was young enough to get married in the Church, to the sound of Andrea Bocelli's voice. I think I would die before every honey light. It would be the greatest emotion a romantic woman could feel.

Congratulations on your wedding, what a fabulous suprise with Andrea Bocelli singing in your wedding. I heard him LIVE in Chicago he is so calm and sings so heavenly perfect.. I got a suprise ticket to see him, my sons had a print out and there were little stick figures on the paper and some words i thought my son was giving me an invoice to pay .. as i read further down the stick figures were Andrea Bocelli on stage, and me and another stick figure watching a man on a stage, I screamed and threw the paper when i finally got near the lower page and realized it was a print out of the proof of tickets to see him live. Andrea is such an inspiration, if you love music.

Pat 000 he is totally blind. He lost his site in an accident at the age of 13.
Jess T. Are you sure of that? I saw a biography the other day where they said they knew early on in his life he would eventually, by 12 or 13, be blind.
Queen Mum yes he is fully blind. He was born with congenital glaucoma and he was blind in one eye by the age of 8. There is a movie about him called the Music of Silence where it shows how life and him going fully blind. He was hit in the face with a soccer ball and the age of 12 which took the rest of his sight. He was fully blind after that.
