Gary Stevenson from Gary economics talk about seeing this happening, he use the word equality, he say that we need equality to stop the rich getting richer and the economy falling apart. He say that he is not a Communist though that was the first thought I had when hearing the word equality.

This is misleading and misinformed… there are specific, business driven reasons why we are entering into the era of third generation corporate governance. Richard is talking about raw capitalism (1st generation), but misses 2nd generation.. and also confuses equity and equality.
