I'm from ogbaru local government in Anambra state, ose ani is our traditional soup that I always enjoy with my grandfather and is my best soup, you can enjoy it with fufu too
I'm not surprised that Abala has the same food with us because we have common bandry river naija and we marry too, Abala and ogbaru is divided by river naija
I am from the oshmilli North local government in Delta state the ose ani soup Recipes is more to what you have shown us and there two major ingredients that should be added to it which are not included so l would say the soup is incomplete l enjoyed watching and thank so much for all you do much-loved, big-ups to you sir ❤
Am from Rivers state Ogoni to be precied it's best and sweeter and very easier with dry ice fish we do this almost everyday because it's easier and we like light soup mostly when eating u reserve little of the dry hot ice fish to shew when eating the I promise u will never forget this soup❤❤❤❤
Among the Urhobo and Isoko of Delta State, we have our own version called "Iribo otor" which is soup made without fire in the motar too, usually eaten with yam, plantain or starch
We are all the same, I am from Imo State my grandmother used to prepare it for us when we were kids. Some of the cultures are dying especially in south east.
Great video!!!
Thank you
Proudly Deltan. ❤❤

I greet you my sister 🫡💫
👀👀 never heard of such soup. It really looks like Ofe insala. Enjoy bro.
It literally tasted like Ofe Nsala.
Ogiri, crayfish and small onion may take this food to the next level.
You’re right
We call the ijaw version ‘kirigina’ in Bayelsa state

Yea. I guess this is their own recipe. Because I've eaten it in anambra state and some other ingredients were added like "ogiri" and "uziza" seeds.
Surprisingly in my town Ewulu, it’s also called Ose Ani. 😊
Wow. Is ewulu still in delta state?
Yes EwuLu is in Delta state ,Aniotcha South
Ose ani = Ofe nchichi(Igbo native soup), it can also be made with crayfish in place of fish or both combined, very spicy and so delicious.
Truly delicious
I like the way you eat
Thank you
