Finale is indeed meant to make you feel a little off, especially the beginning. It makes much more sense when you play the game (if you ever get that fight)
"Last Goodbye," "Hopes And Dreams," "Save the World," are all similar songs, that play during a fight in the Pacifist Route/True Ending, one of the best fights in the game too
many say the undertale fandom has pretty much died by now but I very much beg to differ. The fact that this video exists means so many requested it. And already there is 2k views as of when I'm watching. Yes, the original hype is gone, but the fandom, it... but it refused.
(SPOILERS) Soooo…. Finale actually isn’t at the end, it starts at the halftime of the (in my opinion) most epic fight, Vs Omega Flowey, that’s why it sounds so epic instead of sadness
Last Goodbye is incredibly underrated because it plays in the after-after credits and sounds so similar to Hopes and Dreams. It’s definitely one of my favorites though
The other guitar and drum heavy song you mentioned is probably hopes and dreams / save the world, i dont remember which youve listened to but its a pair of songs best listened to back to back
I am SO glad you listened to Finale. Undertale The Musical by Man On The Internet single-handedly made it my favorite song in the soundtrack. I never fully appreciated just how incredibly epic it was until they put some killer, heroic lyrics to it. Once you think you're done with the Undertale soundtrack or playing the game yourself, I totally recommend Undertale The Musical!
;A; Thank you! I was really happy with how the Finale lyrics turned out; I was nervous at how they'd be received, but it looks like a lot of people actually picked up on some of the little easter eggs I included. :D "Your Best Nightmare" is still one of my favorites, tbh.
100% agreeing, Undertale already went to 12/10, and the moti musical simply cranked everything up to 15. I especially like how they did Mettaton neo justice and put Gaster as its separate thing for Halloween.
@@clemente3966 I don't remember it being specifically for Halloween, though it did come out around that time. "Entry Number 17" Was the final installment in the 'Genocide' package that was released. :)
@@MLoreley What I meant isn't that it was marked as a Halloween specific video, but rather it came out on the day of Halloween or near it. Or that's what I remember, I'll go check the date real quick Edit: It was uploaded on a 5th of November, so still around Halloween enough
@@clemente3966 Right, but what I was saying was that it wasn't released -for- Halloween as it's own separate thing, we made it for the "Genocide" package, and it happened to come out around Halloween XD
I really enjoy you reacting to these! I've asked before (hope it's not annoying!), but i'd LOVE to see react to music from the Halo games! The main theme is iconic, but there's so many other great tracks in the franchise that arent as well known, which covers a pretty wide range of styles and genres. Obviously you can listen to whatever music from it you'd want, but 5 tracks i'd recommend would be Either the "MJOLNIR Mix" or "One Final Effort" version of the main theme, alongside "Deference for Darkness: Rain" (THE best track in the series IMO) "In Amber Clad", "Under Cover of Night" (CE version, don't be fooled into thinking it loops, the loop adds vocals and percussion!), and then either "Heavy Price Paid" or "Reclaimer", depending on if you want a gorgeous somber piece or something to rock your socks off respectively (if you do go "Reclaimer", you might wanna do "One Final Effort" instead of MJOLNIR mix for the main theme then, since Reclaimer shares some aspects of the MJOLNIR mix)
I have been LOVING ur commentary videos, especially on Undertale/Deltarune because I'm so hyperfixated on these games so thank you for continuing to upload them :)
I love all your content but the Undertale vids are probably my favourite If you were going to do another one I’d really recommend Asgore + Bergentruckung, they’re technically two songs but the first is just the intro for the second and they’re probably my favourite songs in the soundtrack
If u want a sad song, listen to Respite. Add that with the context of the song and its even more emotional. If u want a weird, creepy song, listen to Amalgam. If u want a relaxing song like Waterfall, listen to Reunited. And that one other "guitar and drum heavy track" you thought that sounded familiar too Finale was Hopes and Dreams, i think.
oooo- Finale is supposed to play right after "Your Worst Nightmare", considering how chaotic that one is they sound _really_ nice together also i don't remember if you've listened to it already but the sad ending song you're looking for is "An Ending"
I love Waterfall because its such a pretty song , but with a kind of melancholy undertone that just grows as the song does. To me it almost makes you feel a little more isolated, which fits where it is in the game tbh, with this weight kinda creeping onto your shoulders and fading again every time it loops, like a cycle. All the reverb on it makes it feel like it's coming from somewhere deep in the location of Waterfall, and as the song builds you're getting closer and closer to it but you never quite get there to see who's playing it. Musically I love how it just layers on each instrument, and you have that little bell counter-melody going the entire time in the background. It's such a nice build that just comes right back down at the end, like you mentioned which helps the song loop easily in the game There are videos for a 15 minute loop, and 1 or 10 hour ones as well, for a lot of the Undertale songs on TH-cam and 10/10 can confirm just putting Waterfall on loop in the background is so nice. Love these Undertale ost reactions!
Spear of Justice is by far my favorite track in Undertale due to it mastering the feeling of how it is to be "fighting the awesome and over the top good guy."
Hehe, oh believe me, most of us joking about Toby only writing like 5 songs are doing so as a compliment. Because like you said, they still feel totally new & fresh due to the sheer varieties of style & techniques. The leitmotifs just tie it all together in a neat cohesive package, & create a sense of nostalgia even while you're still playing the game (or still listening to the soundtrack). :'3
Finale is my favorite track of all time, it just makes me feel fuzzy. Put in the context of the game just makes it way more awesome! Can't wait for you to reach that part in the let's play!
Every time it gives me the tingling on the back of my neck, feeling that relief at finally beating what felt like an impossible battle. The richaadeb version is so good, I love it as much as the original as it gives the same feeling
idk if anyone has commented on 12:49 yet, but I'll do my best to explain it in terms of music theory! The progression is Bbmi / Cmi / Dbma / Dmi, and we're essentially in F minor. The first three chords are in the key, but the fourth is borrowed from the parallel major (F major). Also, the melody over this fourth chord is the same as before, but in the major key instead. Shifting from the minor to the major like this makes the last bar feel much brighter than the others, but its close relationship to F minor makes it seem almost normal. So yeah, that's one possible explanation for it; if you want a name for the technique, I guess it'd be modal mixture. Great video, by the way, I enjoyed it! (p.s. i'm not sure if it's actually in F minor or in F-half-sharp minor, because toby loves to write in weird keys lmao)
I think it's worth mentioning that it's perfectly ok to reset if you don't like a decision you made - and I'm not just saying this as like, "there's no wrong way to play a game" - when Flowey said "I mean, it's not as if you can just GO BACK" it was a hint that you can go back if you want. It's, like, expected.
YES MORE UNDERTALE!!! 2:09 Killing Undyne and Papyrus feels worse. 3:15 It is five to ten songs mixed up a whole bunch of times to make 101 songs. This is excluding Deltarune, of course 4:50 Try dodging the attacks while moving to the beat. 6:00 LET'S GO!!! I LOVE THIS SONG!!! 7:12 I know this song is good, but this song is ABSOLUTLY NOTHING compared to BATTLE AGAINST A TRUE HERO!! The best songs in this OST can't be described with words. 8:24 Insert Studying Chill Girl 10:22 Again, This song is awesome 11:02 it was Hopes and Dreams. It started smooth, then had the guitar interupt. 12:28 *calmly breaths in* LET'S GOOO! AHHHHHHH! This is the other half of Your Best Nightmare. 14:00 When you finish undertale, you will find out about Finale. You NEED to play it. You are almost to a few of the songs you have heard in the video.
His comment to Waterfall being "It's got this emotional weight, some how" and I can't help but chuckle as in a fan version of the song with lyrics that particular segment was "Set him free, mercilessly, write your wish in the dust". I highly recommend you listen to some fan versions with lyrics, I find a lot of them add so much to the soundtrack!
I'm really enjoying your reactions, I'd recommend maybe the hollow knight ost (Grimm Troupe, truth beauty and hatred, The hollow knight and daughter of hallownest) or Pokémon (champion themes). Anyway keep up the great content! 👍
for finale, it's for the final battle of the neutral/first pacifist run, and you're fighting a form of flowey that has the 6 human souls captuared by mosterkind, and he's literally overwritten your save so you "can die and die, over and over again!". This plays when the souls turn against Flowey, and help the player as it becomes a mad rush to defeat flowey before he defeats you. As for the one before that, (I believe it is called "Bring it in, guys!") It is the credits theme for the true pacifist run. This is quite literally the "after the end" piece.
Toby does such good things with the motifs, and I love his music so much. As for songs you haven't listened to yet, I would recommend Dating Fight, Memory, Fallen Down (Reprise), CORE, Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans, ASGORE, Metal Crusher, and Alphys!
AAAAAYYY finally, waterfall is by far my favorite track on the entire undertale OST also if you do a part 5 of this I highly recommend the songs: "song that might play when you fight sans" (yes that's the title), "temmie village" since it's a silly and nice song with a very different sound from anything you've heard so far (yes that's possible) and "Ghouliday" because... well... idk what to say about that one...
I see you really liked the trumpets on Spear of Justice and Finale, and I'm sorry if people had already spammed about this in the comments, but that trumpet is actually from the Romance Trumpet (I think? There are a couple trumpets there) from the Touhou soundfont, a game from which Toby drew heavy inspiration from when composing the soundtrack! Bonus fact, the creator of Touhou, ZUN, said that his favorite Undertale track was Battle Against a True Hero, which I think you already listened to, and is actually one of the most Touhou sounding songs in the track. I suggest if you run out of Undertale/Deltarune songs and content to give Touhou a try! Although fair bit of warning, if you found Undertale attack patterns difficult Touhou has even more ridiculous attacks as it's one of the og bullet hell games. Thanks for the review of these songs, and I hope you give the Touhou OST a listen some time!
when you finish your reaction to the original soundtrack, i would recommend listening to the holder remixes of the songs. literally all of them are epic and an amazing experience Your content is so *chefs kiss* thanks for the entertainment
I love your reactions so much man. You make great connections and relate to the peices! If you're looking for something next to react, I've recently gotten into Jojo so i'd be cool to see you react to all the themes and/or intros! Its crazy that you MEET Undyne whilst goin through Waterfall. Like you were just listening to this incredibly somber, quiet and relaxing OST and then boom you're sent into a fight with Undyne and its just DUHH like the music is screaming at you to wake tf up. It's funny that he played them right after the other too lol.
Another nice thing, is that the music always fits with the the vibe of the current situation. Whether your helping someone overcome life-long problems or killing everyone and hearing the desperation of everyone around you trying to run from you, a murderer, the songs always fit

Napstablook's name is, I believe, a reference to the music sharing platform Napster (they're a Napster bloke, get it?), so it makes sense that their music would slap so much.
10:56 You're probably thinking of Hopes and Dreams or SAVE the World. The three songs are VERY similar, yes! If you're reading this, there are some songs I recommend-! "Long Elevator" from the Undertale OST. It's one of my favorites! I'm also not sure if you've listened to "ASGORE" yet, but I recommend it. "Scarlet Forest" from the Deltarune OST. I seriously LOVE this song! Any of Bill Wurtz's songs. "Mount Saint Helens is About to Blow Up" is a good one, "Got Some Money" and "Here Comes the Sun" are some other really good ones. Finally, there's this music artist, Sodikken. I recommend two songs from them- "Hansel" and "Gretel". But of course, they have other good songs too, like "People Eater" and "Cat's Song".
You should listen to the Hollow Knight sound track, it's BEAUTIFUL! My favourites from Hollow Knight have to be: - Sealed Vessel - White Palace - City Of Tears - Reflection - Mantis Lords - Nosk
And of course, the main theme itself, Hollow Knight I really hope you listen to it someday as Hollow Knight genuinely has to be my favourite game, it's challenging but enjoyable!!
I have a suggestion since you seem to like big band and some swing like stuff and that is "Skull Girls" It one of my personal top 10 games and their music is killer!

Hello there! I don't know if you remembered listening to friday night funkin mods, but here is a mod that actually has an ost(Actually all have ost) this mod is called Indie cross, A one hour mod that feels just like a movie, it has animated cutscenes and voice acting, you might even hear a familiar tune or voice... Anyways here are my picks for songs: menu (It goes off) Knockout(my favorite) Burning in hell(Another favorite) Last Reel(A really good song) Imminent demise(this one is actually cool.) Freaky Machine(Oh god, this song is so good.) Bonedoggle(Literal awesomeness) And then we have Final stretch(alternative 3rd song) and of course Nightmare run(this one you should see the scenery) finally Despair(Nightmare mode song.) Now, if you are looking for new and cool shows *or cute but scary shows* then here is something you should look at. So here on netflix, they made a show kind of based on a game called "The Cuphead Show" or something like that it probably doesn't have a the(might get copyrighted I dunno).anyways anything cute but scary shows? Well, if. you wanna read this then I guess, on youtube, somehow this show was on Netflix kids and was deleted from the netflix kids, is called "Happy Tree Friends" Basically this is DHMIS kind of show, trust me, the title is not what you think it is. That has dark humor, and warning:( *Violence* ) and I mean a lot, especially the second episode, god that was good, all I can say is cute animals die in horrible ways and one of them named Flippy, who has PTSD is somewhat a split personality, he has a lot of lore in the episodes he is in like episode 2(This episode is literally gory than anything I have seen". Oh yeah and then another show on youtube called "Eddsworld" this show is super good, sad the creator Edd died, but the show went on for a long time, it's still going on now.
I'll never stop requesting this one, but please listen to an ending, small parts of it are added to songs like finale and more but the whole song is very good.

Sometimes he changes time signatures. Sometimes a song uses the melody of another song in a different time signature. About the note cutoffs: Maybe he uses a tracker (software used for video game music in 80ies and 90ies, e.g. NoiseTracker, ScreamTracker, Impulsetracker, ProTracker). Or tries to emulate how tracker music sounded like. To get a feel for the range of tracker music maybe listen to keygen music like "Sony Vegas 9.x Keygen Music by Kenet & Rez" and the Unreal 1 soundtrack (e.g. Dusk Horizon, All Hallows Sunset and Nightvision).
Something I've always found interesting related to the undertale soundtrack: Toby Fox's musical style takes heavy influence from the Japanese bullet hell game series: The Touhou project, which has also been created by a one man development team, a musical signature of that developer, who goes by the name ZUN, are very similar sounding to the trumpets you hear in Spear of Justice, and they're known by the fan base of the Touhou project as ZUNpets. Additionally, the aforementioned developer, ZUN, has stated that his favorite song on the UNDERTALE soundtrack is Spear of Justice, thus coming full circle.
you should try listening to some Underale AU soundtracks. my favorite are those for the Axetale AU. specifically Frozen Snowdin, rotten falls, (Asgore), Holding Starlight, and Malfunctioning Mettaton Melody. these are OSTs completely made by fans for the Axetale AU, an AU that plunges the characters of Undertale into a world of viruses that turns the mosters into blood thirsty and deranged husks of their former selves. the story of Axetale is really good and it deserves a lot more recognition than it gets, especially in its OSTs

;A; Thank you!
@@MLoreley
What I meant isn't that it was marked as a Halloween specific video, but rather it came out on the day of Halloween or near it. Or that's what I remember, I'll go check the date real quick
Edit: It was uploaded on a 5th of November, so still around Halloween enough
@@clemente3966 Right, but what I was saying was that it wasn't released -for- Halloween as it's own separate thing, we made it for the "Genocide" package, and it happened to come out around Halloween XD
I really enjoy you reacting to these! I've asked before (hope it's not annoying!), but i'd LOVE to see react to music from the Halo games! The main theme is iconic, but there's so many other great tracks in the franchise that arent as well known, which covers a pretty wide range of styles and genres. Obviously you can listen to whatever music from it you'd want, but 5 tracks i'd recommend would be Either the "MJOLNIR Mix" or "One Final Effort" version of the main theme, alongside "Deference for Darkness: Rain" (THE best track in the series IMO) "In Amber Clad", "Under Cover of Night" (CE version, don't be fooled into thinking it loops, the loop adds vocals and percussion!), and then either "Heavy Price Paid" or "Reclaimer", depending on if you want a gorgeous somber piece or something to rock your socks off respectively (if you do go "Reclaimer", you might wanna do "One Final Effort" instead of MJOLNIR mix for the main theme then, since Reclaimer shares some aspects of the MJOLNIR mix)
sounds pretty cool! I've never played Halo though. I would wish for him to react to pvz music
Honestly I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you doing these videos! Keep up the great work, Matt! 💙💙
You’re blue now!
I have been LOVING ur commentary videos, especially on Undertale/Deltarune because I'm so hyperfixated on these games so thank you for continuing to upload them :)
I love all your content but the Undertale vids are probably my favourite
If you were going to do another one I’d really recommend Asgore + Bergentruckung, they’re technically two songs but the first is just the intro for the second and they’re probably my favourite songs in the soundtrack
Agreed!
4th video in and still no asgore
I'm gonna hunt down each and every one of them
flip that order, but yeah
Bergentrucking is the intro, then Asgore
You probably won’t see this but last goodbye is basically a fusion of all the main boss fights plus it’s own little sad bit!
If u want a sad song, listen to Respite. Add that with the context of the song and its even more emotional.
If u want a weird, creepy song, listen to Amalgam.
If u want a relaxing song like Waterfall, listen to Reunited.
And that one other "guitar and drum heavy track" you thought that sounded familiar too Finale was Hopes and Dreams, i think.
oooo- Finale is supposed to play right after "Your Worst Nightmare", considering how chaotic that one is they sound _really_ nice together
also i don't remember if you've listened to it already but the sad ending song you're looking for is "An Ending"
It's such a nice build that just comes right back down at the end, like you mentioned which helps the song loop easily in the game
There are videos for a 15 minute loop, and 1 or 10 hour ones as well, for a lot of the Undertale songs on TH-cam and 10/10 can confirm just putting Waterfall on loop in the background is so nice. Love these Undertale ost reactions!
Last goodbye is the credits theme so that's why it's so upbeat lol
4:36 "a cutsie little game" Yeah its jsut a cutsie game until you accidently kill Nabstablook and everyone starts running from you.
Spear of Justice is by far my favorite track in Undertale due to it mastering the feeling of how it is to be "fighting the awesome and over the top good guy."
10:58 yes, hopes and dreams. that song is the credits song, that's why it uses melodies from other songs
The richaadeb version is so good, I love it as much as the original as it gives the same feeling
the sounds of hope and determination
idk if anyone has commented on 12:49 yet, but I'll do my best to explain it in terms of music theory!
13:27 these bells actually have "his theme" leitmotif creating a connection
Always appreciate these reactions! 🥰
YES MORE UNDERTALE!!!
2:09 Killing Undyne and Papyrus feels worse.
3:15 It is five to ten songs mixed up a whole bunch of times to make 101 songs. This is excluding Deltarune, of course
4:50 Try dodging the attacks while moving to the beat.
6:00 LET'S GO!!! I LOVE THIS SONG!!!
7:12 I know this song is good, but this song is ABSOLUTLY NOTHING compared to BATTLE AGAINST A TRUE HERO!! The best songs in this OST can't be described with words.
8:24 Insert Studying Chill Girl
10:22 Again, This song is awesome
11:02 it was Hopes and Dreams.
'Waterfall' and 'Spear of justice' share the same leitmotif. Funny how that works, considering how different they are.
I'm really enjoying your reactions, I'd recommend maybe the hollow knight ost (Grimm Troupe, truth beauty and hatred, The hollow knight and daughter of hallownest) or Pokémon (champion themes). Anyway keep up the great content! 👍
I always get so emotional listening to the undertale ost
for finale, it's for the final battle of the neutral/first pacifist run, and you're fighting a form of flowey that has the 6 human souls captuared by mosterkind, and he's literally overwritten your save so you "can die and die, over and over again!".
Si solo las canciones te pegan tan fuerte, cuando sabes el contexto te elevan hasta los cielos
AAAAAYYY finally, waterfall is by far my favorite track on the entire undertale OST
also if you do a part 5 of this I highly recommend the songs: "song that might play when you fight sans" (yes that's the title), "temmie village" since it's a silly and nice song with a very different sound from anything you've heard so far (yes that's possible) and "Ghouliday" because... well... idk what to say about that one...
Personal fan of a theme from this game called “The Core”. Mettaton EX’s battle theme (Death by Glamour) has one of its motifs.
when you finish your reaction to the original soundtrack, i would recommend listening to the holder remixes of the songs. literally all of them are epic and an amazing experience
Your content is so *chefs kiss* thanks for the entertainment
I’m so happy you listened to water fall, it’s one of my favourites :)
The melody is the heartbeat of the game, of course it’s gotta be everywhere
I love your reactions so much man. You make great connections and relate to the peices!
If you're looking for something next to react, I've recently gotten into Jojo so i'd be cool to see you react to all the themes and/or intros! (I don't know if you have throughout your anime reaction videos, but still :))
What you're thinking of in "Last Goodbye" is a part from the song "Save the World".
You should also listen to:
CORE
ASGORE
Ruins
Here We Are
Metal Crusher
Snowdin Town
Its crazy that you MEET Undyne whilst goin through Waterfall. Like you were just listening to this incredibly somber, quiet and relaxing OST and then boom you're sent into a fight with Undyne and its just DUHH like the music is screaming at you to wake tf up. It's funny that he played them right after the other too lol.
Another nice thing, is that the music always fits with the the vibe of the current situation. Whether your helping someone overcome life-long problems or killing everyone and hearing the desperation of everyone around you trying to run from you, a murderer, the songs always fit
My reaction to that information
@@CodyTheBlackChickenSubscribe Original ost not this|^
also ich muss ja schon sagen dass diese informationen sehr viel kraft tragen und ich echt sagen muss dass sie mich in den tiefsten tiefen meines herzens berührt haben vielen dank dass du mir den weg gewiesen hast
@@LikaTheDragon They're both good
a gente tá fazendo a fudendo pedra de rosetta aqui né?
(e eu concordo, já até chorei por essa música)
translation:
we're making the fucking rosetta stone here, eh? (and I agree, I even cried because of this song one time)
Napstablook's name is, I believe, a reference to the music sharing platform Napster (they're a Napster bloke, get it?), so it makes sense that their music would slap so much.
'Waterfall' sounds quite melancholic
10:55 I think instrument-wise you may be thinking of "Hopes and Dreams"!
So glad you listened to Waterfall! Again, my personal favorite in the album, it's so beautiful!
10:56
You're probably thinking of Hopes and Dreams or SAVE the World.
Did you seriously just recommend long elevator?? Lmao i love it
@@fishylove1821 yes i love the instruments
You should listen to the Hollow Knight sound track, it's BEAUTIFUL!
My favourites from Hollow Knight have to be:
- Sealed Vessel
- White Palace
- City Of Tears
- Reflection
- Mantis Lords
- Nosk
And of course, the main theme itself, Hollow Knight
I really hope you listen to it someday as Hollow Knight genuinely has to be my favourite game, it's challenging but enjoyable!!
This is the faster I have clicked a video 😶
Also, you could hear the fan songs! There are a lot of good ones!
If you ever do another one of these, I'd love to see your reaction to Undyne's End.
i'm so glad you decided to give the game a chance and play it yourself!!
The gitaur heavy one you're thinking of is probably Hopes and Dreams, which Goodbye is a remix of.
Finale is the last part of “Your favorite Nightmare” when the fight is turning to your favor so it’s basically I triumphant version of that
The way that toby fox uses lietmotifs makes the world and soundtrack feel so interconnected
10:56 You have heard that Part kinda in "Hopes and Dreams".
This is bringing me so much nostalgia right now.
ghost fight is literally my ring tone i love it that much
Finale is the final boss theme of the neutral route, and Goodbye is the credits song. So that might be what's throwing you off.
Finale follows Your best nightmare directly.
I have a suggestion since you seem to like big band and some swing like stuff and that is "Skull Girls" It one of my personal top 10 games and their music is killer!
When I first got to the undyne boss fight I was vibing so hard to spear of justice, it might be one of my favorites I really couldn't tell you why
OMFG I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING REALLY REALLY AWESOME ABOUT FINALE BUT I DONT KNOW IF MATHEW HAS GOTTEN TO THAT PART YET IN TH EGAME CAUSE ITS LORE RELATED IM GONNA SCREEEEEEEEAM
If you listen to Waterfall and Spear of Justice closely, you can hear that there's a part in SOJ that's just a super hyped up, epic rendition of Waterfall's tune
Anyways here are my picks for songs:
menu (It goes off)
Knockout(my favorite)
Burning in hell(Another favorite)
Last Reel(A really good song)
Imminent demise(this one is actually cool.)
Freaky Machine(Oh god, this song is so good.)
Bonedoggle(Literal awesomeness)
And then we have Final stretch(alternative 3rd song)
and of course Nightmare run(this one you should see the scenery)
finally Despair(Nightmare mode song.)
Now, if you are looking for new and cool shows *or cute but scary shows* then here is something you should look at.
Waterfall is like a slowed down version of Spear of Justice and of course remastered :)
the "so cold" fight has the best music hands down
Finale is Flowey’s Boss Fight! :D
Hence the chaotic stoof.
Whooooo! Another one - FINALLY !! You need to react to all of them 😊
I'll never stop requesting this one, but please listen to an ending, small parts of it are added to songs like finale and more but the whole song is very good.
I know it’s fan made but maybe you should check out Dark Darker yet Darker aka Gasters theme by the great Anasi he might not appear in a game but he’s freaking cool.
Gaster’s theme is actually in game and was made by Toby fox, you just have to hack the game/be really lucky to find the W. D. Gaster events :)
PLEASE DO ANOTBER ONE OF THESE VIDEOS BUT REACT TO THESE SONGS ON THE OST:
1. Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans
2. Metal Crusher
3. Your Best Nightmare
AND
4. Amalgamation/ Amalgamate or whatever it's called.
Last one is just Amalgam
Finale has always felt like an underappreciated in comparison to Hopes and Dreams, glad you listened to it!
I totally forgot the music for the Credits was Last Goodbye. That shit was the BEST.
I'd really be curious to see your reaction to the Undertale 5th anniversary orchestral concert
you should try listening to some Underale AU soundtracks. my favorite are those for the Axetale AU. specifically Frozen Snowdin, rotten falls, (Asgore), Holding Starlight, and Malfunctioning Mettaton Melody. these are OSTs completely made by fans for the Axetale AU, an AU that plunges the characters of Undertale into a world of viruses that turns the mosters into blood thirsty and deranged husks of their former selves. the story of Axetale is really good and it deserves a lot more recognition than it gets, especially in its OSTs
