Opus XIII although imo was a strong case of niche scent . It seemed like a very good base begging for more developments on top of it. Opus XV is that thought materialized. Opus XV has opus XIII base which in itself is built off of a modified private label base.
I hope to one day have a vocabulary as refined as Steven, and a fragrance collection to boot! 😆 lovely vid as always Steven, you’re still my favorite fragrance reviewer! 🙏
I did not smell yet I know so far all opus line have a very strong performance and unique and expensive smell. My favorites for sure reflection man and recently my purchase from them was epic men. Love it from first sniff. It worked so well with me and my skin.

Agree with Jubilation XXV also my favorite Amouage. $500 for a bottle of this, no way, I don't doubt is great, I know it's a luxury fragrance and they can charge whatever they want for it, it's just not right, I can get 3 excellent quality niche fragrances for that price, I will try it, I may fall for it, but after the big disappointment that Royal Incense, I mean Tobacco was for me, I always test first new releases from Amouage. This doesn’t have animalic qualities, this is all animalic 100%. All I get is a poop smell lol. And I like Amouage but this might be the least blind buy safe fragrance I’ve ever tried, unless you like incredibly fecal/animalic scents
I will start by saying that I love Amouage, I own Interlude Black Iris, Beach Hut, Reflection man, Reflection 45, Royal Tobacco, Jubilation XXV, and Lyrics. I visited Jovoy Paris this week and I tried King Blue… this is a ridiculous fragrance, it smells like old cheese on my skin, and it has nothing to do with nishe or artistic or whatever appellation, it’s just a huge flop from Amouage
I just watched a video where a reviewer said this is not good for $500. He said it's not unique like the old Amouage fragrances. It was not a good release in his opinion.

"Jubilation XXV" although it good just over hyped.
I personally think 💡"Epic Man" is better.
