For example, in coloseum, to reach each candles, i have to use only 2 flaps for faster route (proved when other player use wing more carelessly and use torch, i always outrun them) but when entering sanct, i can just use all because there's candle cake in front that gives auto fill

You see, sometimes people are going for a fast cr, wlr, etc and are possibly busy after that, so they tend to hurry. But if you're talking about the ignorant and rude players, then i totally agree with you. Many times I spam honked in order to catch the attention of a player flying directly towards my destination asking for a recharge, and they just left right after doing their job. It's just a very unforgettable act to do.
Tip for solo players (from an experienced solo player): To quickly recharge, teleport home to recharge and then use the other teleporter-sitting-down thingie to teleport back to where you were, so you don't lose too much progress
To add on to this, you can charge fully when there are butterflies in the area if you use to emote to let one land on your hand. It’s really fast, too :)
i play normaly solo and the best i can do is get in the season of "assembly" get the *torch * because is a super mega ultra and magic energy recovery 👍
@@Es-mv2mk nope, the torch is the fastest after the bonfire. If you're short then that might be why the torch is charging slow, try to put it in an angle where the fire touches your skykid! Super fast :D the two stones have little fires :( takes long
@@Es-mv2mk the torch recharges really fast when the fire is at your head level. so if you're tall, it can just recharge you quickly! if you're short, you'd have to place it on a side wall so that it reaches your head :D
Same. I only let runs out when i knew there's some instant recharge post up ahead like when entering sanct in which there would be instant recharge from candle cake. I have learned when keep my wing or when that not wasting my wing would be a waste

Honestly the only way to avoid such a thing is to practice and master flying perfectly. But still, it would be great if TGC raised the recharging speed for some places like this, running around the map is tiring and boring.
As a solo player i can confirm this is my life... I’m traumatized enough that even when once in a blue moon I’m carrying someone i still stand at lights n candles to fully recharge at any opportunity out of pure habit 😂😂
I was a solo player since I started the game, so I learned how to fly in order for this not to happen. And it works perfectly, so I never had to take the torch with me. It's a nice combination of half flying and half jumping my way across the maps.
Solo players are literally that kind of players that knows almost where all the candles and fire places are(when I am very new to the game I am just walking everywhere and letting the clouds help me fly lol)+stuck in front of the goddamn doors that need >1 player to open Playing alone is fun but I just wanna open those freaking doors ahhhhh(still haven't unlock the mask that can glitch you into the map)

I can kind of relate lol But I just found out a trick where you can glide from the isle cave to the rock with a winged light on it with just one flap. Just drag your joystick up but make sure not to spin. And flap when you need to elevate.

I solo too but- MHhgh why are you flapping and not gliding?? Ik this is probably a joke tho haha- keep to gliding. Im 151 stars in and i can easily glide to the darkness bundle behind that wall with 4-5 flaps. Also- keep a lightsource on you, aka torch(literally my main, takes 17-19 seconds to recharge fully), the fire pot from assembly guide, no need to get jugglers prop when a less expensive, more efficient fire pot is available from a past seasonal guide. Happy flapping-i mean, *gliding*
Small correction: the fire pot takes twice as long to recharge compared to the juggler prop, so while it's not a bad prop it's definitely not superior.
Spending about 80% of my time in Sky solo... I have become quite an efficient glider. I have also been figuring out which things will recharge me quickly, and if there aren't any within easy access, then I'll just sit by a lantern or torch and play a song for a bit. Good for the practice.
I have many friends although I prefer playing solo for collecting candels.😔🤌 I always have the same problem so I try to master the use of less wing force with longer flight 😮💨. GL my friend 🫂
I'm a solo player and I have a tip for flying: flick your thumbstick up, and once your character is facing up for a brief moment that's when you flap, so you won't have to waste wings or having to get out of glide mode just to gain some ground

During the season of assembly, the first spirit I tried to accomplish was the marching guy for the torch. BEST. DECISION. EVER. Haven’t unequipped since.
I am solo player and once fell next to the boat with 0 wingflaps left 😂 I realized I forgot torch and was like, can't be that bad! fortunately a player heard my honks of distress and saved me before I lost winged light hahah I was so happy
and then there’s the dailies that need a friend…. there were vault of knowledge dailies that needed friends and i had none 😭😭 i couldn’t finish those dailies that day
i used to play solo too ! so i was so happy when i got that backpack where u can make your own fire place and light it up cause then i wouldnt need to go to the nearest fire place, but now i made some friends so i can also uber now hehehe
I am one month into this game and I have already developed an uncanny sense for every lamp and candle in every area I am not even joking. I'll be like "whoops last light" and a mental GPS tells me to check over a cliffside and would you look at that, there it is.
Here is a tip bring a light source (not the lantern) like the assembly prop or the other one! Since i am a solo player i use my skillz to plan this out But I normally end up bringing my firework staff

I just carry around a lamp whenever I go, and I find a lamp on the ground and put my lamp beside that lamp so it recharges twice as fast :)
