How can I scale this? My build is very good for clearing absolutely everything with galvanic shards but my shockburst rounds are lacking for boss damage. Is it the shock magnitude?

Scale with howa and int. more reliable than crit procing the amulet (also greater lighting uses too much mana, bad for mom)

If shockburst rounds have a gem that prevents them from inflicting shock, how are you shocking bosses?

I shock with Greater Lightning Bolt from amulet. It triggers on critical hit.

More reliable to use a bow offhand and use stormcaller or lighting rod to proc the shock, then use shockburst
