I love the show... finally Canadian tv investing in more diverse stories especially about indigenous people. I used to watch some of the tv series including raven tales when i was young on APTN and that how I learn more about the diverse indigenous groups in Canada. But there still so much to learn. But I also love folklore from different culture, including my own Grenadian/carribbean culture. The first episode got me hook. CBC needs to get this on Netflix or Amazon Prime or Hulu so that international audiences can see the show not just Canadians. Thanks to to Eden Robinson for writing such a great book series.
Love it, joel is amazed, we finally got to watch first episode, and right from the start, one sits on the edge of their seat, this indigenous show. Creates a landmark. Of genius in sound, cinematography, acting, its an 11 out of 10.get ready world, hold on.. Rollercoaster ride.

After watching the first 2 episodes, I turned on the radio for some music. The first song I hear is some native flute music by someone called Coyote Oldman. Never heard of him..... so I Googled it It turns out that they're a music duo. Their name Coyote Oldman comes from the native mythological archetype of the Trickster. Hmmm...... just a coincidence ....right? btw ..... glad u guys are doing a second season 👍
This is awesome, i have been waiting decades for a show that includes Indigenous cast. Great storyline, great actors, love the cinematograpgy showing Canada. We need a season 2 !!!!!!
@@fionaokeefe1906 i was thinking same, she looks white in this interview. Did she think the show would of not been created if she was honest in the beginning ?. Wonder how the cast feel about this ?. It's a shame the show was amazing. Hope the main actor gets allot of work from this.
