When he spoke about living to 86, it hit me. Poor man said it himself, all that shit he spoke of in his songs was from the bottom of his heart. R.I.P Peep
You know what I hate in the rap today? That some of them try to be serious, but they really not. Like, If you have happy life, when, you don't have problems, don't be phony. Don't do things for the publicity. Be an artist. That's why I respect Famous Dex more then J.Cole. Maybe Dex don't have same type of skills that J.Cole have, but Dex is always real. Be yourself instead, or stop fucking doing it, and find a job. God damn.

He died for a reason, it helped the world to know about him and his message, he was more than just a drug user, he represent the broken youth , we may not have the brightest futur but i can say that i am more alive than my parents or the people i see outside they are just machines with no heart / emotions. Rip peep , you will not be forgoten.
I feel your point on the whole machine part of your comment. Many people are just brainwashed and used like a hamster on a wheel and then they just die. What a life people live. Wait that’s not life, they don’t know what life is..
Nothing but respect for Montreality. a professional interview aswell as not capitalizing of Lil Peep's death. To not monetize this video despite the ridiculous revenue it would earn is perhaps one of the purest forms of tribute. To let him speak to the world one last time is so precious to us as fans. Thankyou.
Damn, makes you realise how young he really is when he said he was listening to pro era when he was 14-15. Rip peep, still isn't fucking real I swear..... atleast your music will be here for us till the world crumbles
Jonathan Rodriguez No, he meant when he was 14 or 15. peep died 14 days into his 21st year on earth, this was made nearly a year ago when he was still 20. 5 years before that Pro Era had just came out with their first videos, peep being from NYC would of been 1 the first to see em, he would of been 14 and a half when Survival Tactics came out.

I don't know about changing the world, but he definitely popularized a sub genre of rap, which is like an emo-rap, and he made it sound good. R.I.P. to a young talent :(
It's true though, unlike most hip hop artists from America Peep was a huge international artist and wasn't just known inside of this country. He was even bigger in Russia and Europe than he was here, people don't understand how big he really was just because not everyone from the US knew who he was. He absolutely changed the world and influenced an entirely new and unique genre of music
Yea some hip hop artists are known worldwide but you're completely missing my point... Over half of peeps fanbase was over seas which is extremely unheard of for an American rapper and because of that people downplay him because they just look at how many people from the US know him and don't realize just how big his entire fanbase really is. A typical US rapper might have like 5 percent of their fanbase over seas and might have some influence overseas and might be slightly popular in a few Western European of South African countries but not nearly to the point that peep was worldwide outside of the US. He wasn't just known he was huge in these countries and traveled there to perform all the time and always sold out shows. Not many rappers especially for his size have nearly as much influence on the world outside of the US that peep had and a lot of people don't understand that and downplay him because of that
Sad thing is people thought he was a loud mouth druggie that would probably act obnoxious in public but if they saw this interview it would change their minds at least a little and show that he was a genuine dude that wanted to make music and had his own issues but loved life at the same time. Wasn’t a fan before his death, not a fan after his death but I respect the legacy he’ll leave behind R.I.P. Brotha.
eduardo leon I am a fan of his music now. I just never heard of him before it’s really Sad he has very meaningful lyrics and he has such a unique sound. Kinda like a young Kurt cobain. With the long blonde hair he’s tall and really think.
Jason Merrill stfu and get a life, just because he didn't mean anything to you doesn't mean he didn't mean the world to other people. stop being such a piece of shit. i'm so sick of nasty people like you. ugh bye
He was a great dude, you probably take a prescription or abuse fast food so you yourself, use drugs. Quit talking shit. These kids should be taught better by their parents, Not by the music they get their hands on. Congrats on being part of the problem with this age, looking at only the negative. You're obviously here because you sparked an interest in his music and you're tolling, looking for a comment to "shit" on to get a reaction. How dare you spread hate on a piece of art someone created. One day you will open your mind and close your eyes.
What makes him a "great dude"? Is it drug use, promoting drugs to kids, face tats, drinking, smoking, talking about "fucking bitches", talking about money etc?
damn rip i remember hearing peep for the first time a couple years ago ,it was dope seeing him grow from then to now hopefully hes finally at peace his music has a huge impact on alot of people
Fuck bro. Lil Peep was so down to earth and all around a great guy who made dope music, it sucks seeing him pass, he’ll forever be in all of our memories. Rest in paradise peep
The fact that I’m never gonna be able to see him or hear any new songs from him or anymore cute vids of him really fucks me up, I cry when I see videos or hear his songs. I’ve never really felt to depressed like this before. I be listen to him for like 8 or 9 months straight. I replayed his songs over and over again, I’ve been to 2 of his concerts and I was boutta go to another one for y birthday but now I can’t. Fucking so so sad 😞 I think about him that everyday, I woke up at 3am last night and I instantly thought about him instantly, pulled up this interview and went to sleep to it crying. But I can’t control it. I’m in 12th grade and I sit in gym in a corner and feel depressed. I’m getting his wavy baby tattooed on my fingers and his broken heart tattooed on my neck. Idc what people think about me. Now I just smoke hella weed to forget about it but fuck it am I right. Anyway like peep said Time heals... time heals. 😞💔❤️🐥 rust up baby
I understand your feelings I started to little peep in September when a friend introduced me and it shocked me when he passed. The you feel about lil peep is how I feel about Chester bennington, as a black kid in west Philly and Atlanta linkin park is what helped me cope with the bullying and not really fitting in
Try to slow down on the weed man i was in a similar space as you, you will never realise the drugs are making you sadder until you stop them for a couple of months and realise how much your state of mind and ur life has improved. Good luck out there
even looking at his face makes my heart break into thousands of pieces. i miss that smile. i miss everything about him. you should have stayed longer. get your rest sweet angel, you deserve it. no-one will ever, ever replace you.
First song I heard from Peep was Star Shopping. Since he released it I was hooked on him. I have social anxiety and depression. I used to worry about what other would think of me way too much. Learned so much from Peep on how to deal with shit like that. I'm 23 and never thought I can learn from someone who spent less time on this world. When he died, a part of me did too. This ain't no 13 year old fan boy shit either. He hit home on a lot of subjects.
No his music did not do it ---- it was him being a lazy dedicated stoner first and foremost that paved his way for reckless shit causing his early demise. No brain cells = no self preservation.
nah its true though lilpeep knew Imo his lyrics quoted death before 20 numerous times, and his song a year before his death has a lyric in which is says "I dont know if ill be here for next year."
thank you I never had the chance to become a "fan" I had heard about Peep in the beginning of his career listened to it didn't much care for him but you have to respect him for his dedication to art no matter what drugs he was addicted to or not its fucking stupid because half the people you know have used/are using drugs
you dont have to care about people to see a relatable feeling or a relatable attitude, most of us like these people because they are brave enough to be them and tbh I admire it, and their music kinda is the "care" that they give us in a way.
I’m glad I discovered Peep back in April, his music helped allot through tough times and heavy depression, I remember waking up crying my eyes out about his death and I’m still crying mostly every time I listen to him, You had unique sound and was one of the best artists to Open up a new wave in Hip hop, thank you for everything 🙏🏼💔 You will Never be forgotten
Holy shit, watching this 2 years later, and find out how much I have grown-up mentally is fucking insane. I hope your doing good on heaven peep, see you one day bro 💔
Damn I remember listening to my first Peep song about a year ago and hear I am watching an interview about him after he's dead. Shit doesn't feel real man
a week passed after he's gone, but day by day its still so sad - its crazy. his music and mind was so bright and smart... for me he is still living.. just on the other side
'not much to lose right now' I wish he could have fully realized how many lives he changed and how important he's been to so many people, maybe he would have had a better view of himself
Got this interview in suggested videos. After watching it I decided to check your channel info and it says: "We believe that interviewing is an art, and we practice it as such". I just wanna let u know that u guys are literally on the right way. Interesting interview and amazing camerawork/editing. Keep it up! :)
hey montreality...this was the best lil peep interview ive ever seen and was done in such a classy and respectful way. thank you...seriously. love your channel
i'll say it again, i met him in real life, i relate to him and his music i've been listening to him since last summer and it made me feel less lonely knowing there's someone like me out there dealing with the same love, addiction and sadness problems i was stuck in a world where suicide thoughts oftens seem to be black and white and monotone, until i met his bright colors and kindness i started to draw lyrics and words on my arms or fingers related to his music which made me happy, started to wear different clothes too and got into making music too if any of the official GBC members or Peep's family read this which i know they would at some point due to the fact that this interview will reach a milllion views, Gus loved everyone in the end so trusss, love, live ♥
I keep imagining all these quotes about fish and stuff on inspirational quote backgrounds and it's cracking me up, I love this boy with all my heart. RIP Peep
The color coming back at the end of the video just made him feel so alive to me. I liked him because he seemed so comfortable and honest with who he was..Great interview-RIP Lil Peep
I hate how much people blame drugs for his death and forget the mental issues he faced, depression and shit like that is a real thing but gets ignored so much 🤦🏽♂️ r.i.p to bro ❤️🤟🏽
Right? Like even if drugs didn't exist homeboy would have wanted to die, he was going through some shit. People acting like a world without drugs would have just solved his problems.
He also battled anxiety. Anxiety is a horrible bitch. This country we live in makes you stressed out all the time. I’ve heard accounts of people moving here from other countries and the mental problems they acquire once they come here. This is a huge issue thats getting brushed under the carpet and the suicides in this country are skyrocketing as a result among other things.
Not fucking fair man. He's gone and his words are still teaching me how to get through shit like they have been for the past couple years. Rest In Peace Lil Peep, gone way too soon.
He was too kind of a soul for this destructive hateful world, but still he had way too much potential and realness. RIP you will forever be loved peep.
Thinking about Peep all around us. Alive in our hearts, and through his music, he is still energy. And it honestly feels like he's still here with us. RIP angel, we love you.
4:31 He will just "wake up again". I was thinking about that before I even heard this. I truly believe he is SO connected and must have seen a porthole or SOMETHING and just passed through it.
Fucking love this dude, can't believe he's gone, i saw him just a month ago. Gym class at the end literally made me want to cry :( Rest in Paradise Peep

Enjoy life
Love one another
Don't judge each other
Be compassionate
Have empathy
Treat others the way you would like to be treated
Live in the moment
This will cause a domino effect and help the human race wake up and evolve, we have more power than we think.
That is our true purpose but too many are lost and it's sad
We were all innocent children one day
Too many let a fake society change them for the worse
I believe god put us here so that we can learn the hard way and grow spiritually, but too many get consumed by the darkness and lose their way. Our purpose is to overcome the darkness which holds us back.
Nature is our spiritual teacher look at it and learn from it
There is negative and positive energy all around us. Animals,Insects, and Nature all have negative and positive meanings, they are here to help guide us to become our greatest version.
Look at the crow for example, when it is flying up in the air it is showing you to let go of the darkness within you so that you can be free and at peace

Take a look at your body it's basically the shape of a star, why not be like one? You came from nature didn't you? We all can be that glimmer of hope/light
I believe when we die two things can happen
1. If you get consumed by the darkness that is in this world then your spirit will be reincarnated back here in a different body until you learn to overcome it.
2, If you overcome the darkness then you'll go to the spirit realm.

Taking as many xanax as he did normally wouldn't have killed him. He bought them from a bitch who laced them with fentanyl. He didn't OD on the xans.
Anyway like peep said Time heals... time heals. 😞💔❤️🐥 rust up baby
dead meme same. U need anything I’m here
damn this would be me if The Weeknd or Killy pass away :(
I understand your feelings I started to little peep in September when a friend introduced me and it shocked me when he passed. The you feel about lil peep is how I feel about Chester bennington, as a black kid in west Philly and Atlanta linkin park is what helped me cope with the bullying and not really fitting in
when I die imma haunt you -peep-
Try to slow down on the weed man i was in a similar space as you, you will never realise the drugs are making you sadder until you stop them for a couple of months and realise how much your state of mind and ur life has improved. Good luck out there
even looking at his face makes my heart break into thousands of pieces. i miss that smile. i miss everything about him. you should have stayed longer. get your rest sweet angel, you deserve it. no-one will ever, ever replace you.
Damn this guy was a really chill and genuine person. i didn't really listen to your shit, but rip bro
Every video from you guys is fire.
Rest in peace Peep, we miss you.
when he mentioned scooby doo💔 so innocent
First song I heard from Peep was Star Shopping. Since he released it I was hooked on him. I have social anxiety and depression. I used to worry about what other would think of me way too much. Learned so much from Peep on how to deal with shit like that. I'm 23 and never thought I can learn from someone who spent less time on this world. When he died, a part of me did too. This ain't no 13 year old fan boy shit either. He hit home on a lot of subjects.
His smile tho, can't get over it
It's crazy how much him and his music foreshadowed his death
trxstmepapi I said the same thing. Its weird
That was his vibe he loved what he was doing I'm suprised he went mainstream..he was definitely different from everyone else
No his music did not do it ---- it was him being a lazy dedicated stoner first and foremost that paved his way for reckless shit causing his early demise. No brain cells = no self preservation.
bob si dog Tf? Do u know what foreshadow means?
Brian Almaraz he wasn't mainstream but he was really close to making it
"I just write songs about it but it doesnt really help"
I laughed so hard at this. relate too much
"can i curse"
Jrexey 😂😂😂
@@woods2872 fuck you sperg
All the inspirational stuff he says man life is too short😞 RIP lil peep
Big Shaq Yeah 'everyone should do mushrooms' So inspirational
Keremy Jyle fuck outta here
He was such a talented artist r.i.p. peep
this man was too real wish he was still here man RIP to a legend
Damn 4:00 on got me bad. He said 86? Nah i will be dead and gone. Sad to see him die at 21. At least he knew the life he lived was not going to last.
nah its true though lilpeep knew Imo his lyrics quoted death before 20 numerous times, and his song a year before his death has a lyric in which is says "I dont know if ill be here for next year."
Overuseddps “i gotta feeling that im not gonna be here for next year”*
thank you I never had the chance to become a "fan" I had heard about Peep in the beginning of his career listened to it didn't much care for him but you have to respect him for his dedication to art no matter what drugs he was addicted to or not its fucking stupid because half the people you know have used/are using drugs
the song was released in 2015 so technically no it was 2 years later but its still sad man
you dont have to care about people to see a relatable feeling or a relatable attitude, most of us like these people because they are brave enough to be them and tbh I admire it, and their music kinda is the "care" that they give us in a way.
He was incredibly smart and unique. Seems like he had a good heart too. Rest In Peace Peep.
RIP LIL PEEP. Legends never die.
Yea, RIP. But legend is a reach
+dlboss77 save your opinion for the respect of people's feelings.

Damn I remember listening to my first Peep song about a year ago and hear I am watching an interview about him after he's dead. Shit doesn't feel real man
I’ll be long gone
What does mean to be long gone?
Vitaly Semenov that he would be already dead before 86
Really long gone....😓😦
Thank you for deciding to post this... I needed to hear his voice again in an interview I haven’t seen.
a week passed after he's gone, but day by day its still so sad - its crazy.
his music and mind was so bright and smart... for me he is still living.. just on the other side
this interview gives the chills
His smile was the best thing ever😭
'not much to lose right now' I wish he could have fully realized how many lives he changed and how important he's been to so many people, maybe he would have had a better view of himself
I wish this interview never ended.

"Who will be legendary?"
You Gus❤ forever a changer of music.
his smile always made and still continues to make me smile. love you, peep.
"I cut the faces off of 300 crabs that day and never went back."
lol
he cut the faces off crabs? wtf why
@@zed25697 did you not watch the interview😐
@@colinftp3288 i only watched part and didnt have time to finish it
When it transitioned to color at the end, really beautiful, RIP
Got chills from the ending turning into color - beautiful interview.
I still come here everyday. to see his smile. it hurts hes gone. rip man. 😔❤
Love to see him smile and laughing pure genius, and a true tattooed poet 🍄 absolutely✨👑🐠
Got this interview in suggested videos. After watching it I decided to check your channel info and it says: "We believe that interviewing is an art, and we practice it as such". I just wanna let u know that u guys are literally on the right way. Interesting interview and amazing camerawork/editing. Keep it up! :)
Lil Peep was a great guy I wish I got to meet him he inspired so many of us to make music he is one of the reasons I make music
hey montreality...this was the best lil peep interview ive ever seen and was done in such a classy and respectful way. thank you...seriously. love your channel
and i'm breaking down again
i'll say it again, i met him in real life, i relate to him and his music
i've been listening to him since last summer and it made me feel less lonely knowing there's someone like me out there dealing with the same love, addiction and sadness problems
i was stuck in a world where suicide thoughts oftens seem to be black and white and monotone, until i met his bright colors and kindness
i started to draw lyrics and words on my arms or fingers related to his music which made me happy, started to wear different clothes too and got into making music too
if any of the official GBC members or Peep's family read this which i know they would at some point due to the fact that this interview will reach a milllion views, Gus loved everyone in the end so trusss, love, live ♥
passive rain
Well said man. Well said.
Keep doing you, no matter what.
passive rain Peep would be proud of you 😁
i’m crying
Crip wow. you are a hotspot of negative energy.
"Who will be legendary?"
He is now forever.
His xans got laced and that’s how he died
BizarreGod plus it’s I hate how many people much is for money
Drugs make you depressed. The happier you are while on drugs the sadder you’ll be after the effects are gone.
86 Peep said I wish. Not much to loose I'm just out here living life. U can tell he was going thru more than we could see. 💔🙏👼R.I.P. Peep
Is it weird that I can watch this video over and over again
Rest in peep ! You’ll live on forever your music changed lives
Not fucking fair man. He's gone and his words are still teaching me how to get through shit like they have been for the past couple years. Rest In Peace Lil Peep, gone way too soon.
He sounds so mature for a 20 year old. He comes across as much older than he is, it's insane.
He was too kind of a soul for this destructive hateful world, but still he had way too much potential and realness. RIP you will forever be loved peep.
how anyone can dislike this video is beyond my imagination. rest in peace peep. one of the greatest interviews of all time.
Thinking about Peep all around us. Alive in our hearts, and through his music, he is still energy. And it honestly feels like he's still here with us. RIP angel, we love you.
Gustav had such a nice smile. 😔😭💔
Damn I remember world industries and flameboy back in those skating days in middle school lol!!! Props to peep for rocking that nostalgic shirt
2PhoneSensei world industrys was lit I had bare tech decks
2PhoneSensei that was the only deck I wanted when I was like 10
there’s a fine me inside of a fucked up me, like a sober me inside of me “” that shit is so real
this made me cry. He was such an amazing, caring, sensitive beautiful human full of love
He spoke so well about things and was an amazing soul. RIP PEEP
4:31 He will just "wake up again". I was thinking about that before I even heard this. I truly believe he is SO connected and must have seen a porthole or SOMETHING and just passed through it.
this was so fucking beautiful
Fucking love this dude, can't believe he's gone, i saw him just a month ago. Gym class at the end literally made me want to cry :( Rest in Paradise Peep
Bro I swear every time I watch this I cry, I don’t feel like he’s gone :(
