Hello. My husband was the first one who played Genshin. I would walk past and sneer that it was a BOTW ripoff. Then our daughter started playing. Finally, I tried it out. We had a lot of fun playing co-op. Now, my daughter works full time, so I'm keeping her game alive by doing dailies, etc.
There are two lines of dialog in the lantern rite with spoilers, on in the 3rd chapter in a conversation between Hu Tao and Zhongli and in the 4th chapter between Ningguang and Beidou, each are around ten words that describe, what happened in Natlan, you can just skip the line when Natlan is mensioned and you will get no spoilers.

Although it's only like 2 or 3 texts of dialogue so it's very easy to skip, so if you want we can tell you when to skip while you look at chat to avoid the spoiler entirely ^^

Should have played it in Chinese since it is the original language and would have been more appropriate given that Lantern Rite is based on the Chinese New Year festival.
Anyway, glad that you enjoyed the event despite the lack of English voices. I would suggest giving the Chinese and Korean voiceovers a chance since they are underrated and gave really good performances as well.
@WisdomRose good point Chinese is the original language. I personally love hu tao cn VA
Actually, if you are using a foreign language for latern rite, it is better to use Chinese version. Poetries and wordings are too different and unorganized in other languages.
