14 Years of the Affordable Care Act

Congressman Mike Quigley recognizes 14 years since the Affordable Care Act was signed into law by former President Barack Obama. Since its enactment, around 45 million people have coverage thanks to the Affordable Care Act's Marketplaces and Medicaid expansion.
