Thank you. That would make more sense with the bird being suspended by the stand. Was I at least correct that it's supposed to attach to the Hasbro stand?
@@TMan978 I think so. I don't have any of the Hasbro stands yet so I am not sure. Best guess is that it does. The designer at Pulse Con did say that the figure stands with the upcoming gliders are designed to work with all the Fortnite gliders so those should work with this one. What you did looked correct.
@@MacDowin Thank you again for your help. I'm not home yet so I'll have to see what it looks like when I try to connect it to the stand using this method you shared. I'll put an update video up And give you a shout out
I'm hoping they can use that stretchy material for the characters with longer hair so it can easily move out the way. Also would be nice to start using that instead of painted on shirts.
I don’t play the game and didn’t even know these figures existed, but I think their designs are so nice and detailed that now I need to get Jules and Skye to start forming a team of bad ass girls. I just gotta wait for that price to drop…geesh, these are pricey. Thank you for the detailed review.
I’m not a Fortnite player. I’ve been steadily scooping up first the Jazzwares and then these to flesh out my other figure lines with interesting characters. Jules is by far my favorite. This figure does the one thing that the GI Joe collectors have been begging for. Tattoo’s that extend onto and through the joints. Rock N Roll is crying looking at her elbows and shoulders with their glorious ink. She’s been assigned to my GI Joe team as the mechanic.
Even though the articulation wasn't all there still feels like they're really trying to push the bounds with this line. and the welding helmet is a nice touch
@12:25 positioning her right foot with that exposed gummy ankle gives me anxiety. I worry the ankle is going to snap where the ankle meets the pant whenever i fiddle with the joint on her right boot. Her right foot doesnt feel as securely connected to the right leg when compared to her left side. I think this is why she's so troublesome to balance and pose, the sturdiness of the right leg is compromised by that thin soft ankle or the weak connection between it and her leg. maybe they could have used harder material there, or put rotation where the ankle-meets-the-boot instead of rotation at where the ankle-meets -the -pant-leg.
Love this figure and I don’t even play Fortnite. I tried to write a review on Amazon warning about the rub on the front but because I got it on eBay early and not Amazon they never published my review. Despite the rub and not knowing the character I LOVE this figure and I got Skye and Lynx to go with it.
To avoid the paint Rub use clear nail polish. Once dried Is there to stay. I own a few Fortnite figures from Jazzwares, Mcfarlane & Hasbro . All have their pros & Cons. But in my opinion Macfarlane Is Winning overall
I really don't like the new box. I want a DISPLAY box. But that makes me environmentally ADVERSE. So, I guess despite that, I really like this figure, and as a result I just ordered Skye and Ollie. Great figures to go with my Tracer, Pharah, the Angel chick, and that Purple Villain girl with the Talon hands, I forget her name because I put her away. Time to dig her out for display. I really like the function of Ohm and the giant wrench she can hang from. Coolest accessory and idea I've seen for a figure in a loooooooong time.
Man Jules looks great. Wish she had better neck articulation and a little better molding articulation around the waist. I wonder if that head works on like Marvel Legends figures
All the new Fortnite figs look special, detail and sculpt are incredible. Shame the logo on her shirt rubs off. Her shirt looks similar ro how Marvel Legends did the new She Hulks, except they moulded her chest underneath, which I think is better. They made some odd design choices: floppy shaft on harvesting tool, hindered articulation on her neck, and top of her pants sculpted to her tool belt. Still looks good.
Hi TMan978! These figures looks great! I really like Ohm (the owl). Interesting on the new way of painting the figure details and how they are being applied. Looking towards better improvements where they are not easily removed when applying pressure. I could imagine on the comments for the mystery clear comment piece. Nevertheless, I enjoyed your premiere!
The clear figure stand piece attaches to the Ohm that is on the Big Lug harvesting tool. Lift up the tail and you will find it.

Good luck. Jules is exclusive and Amazon is iffy with exclusive. Skye you might get lucky.

These Hasbro Fortnite figures have been a nice surprise.

My only issue with McFarlane is no thigh rotation and the scale. I love that these can fit in with my Marvel Legends and GI Joe

If the Marvel Legends has the same ball shape. In my experience the Marvel Legends has bigger neck ball joints

9 bucks at Ollie's.

Love that Hasbro is using new materials. They should translate well into their other lines like ML, G.I. Joes
I hope
Gorgeous figure, I’m gonna have to try and get this
Link in the description
They did that on enterprise line it looked amazing but line died cause that material degrades and falls apart.... sad

Thank you for watching it
I used to play fortnite and I need this in my collection
Treat yo'self
I wonder if those plastic stand pieces that come with her can be used on the glider stands, if you purchase the gliders they sell at Ollie's.
Spoiler alert, I did an update video.
