Azucena is a newer character, hard to judge, just for the sake of new characters, Bandai might've made her a little unbalanced, easy to exploit, which is bad. This matter is debatable, but if Bandai realizes any possible mistakes in the game, it's still best to just correct them. At least this game isn't going overboard like Overwatch.
