Loved watching and remembering all the things from the 90s. I was born in 95 so defiantly a 90s girl as well. I loved Polly Pockets, changing there rubberized clothing and everything.
This gave me life haha I was a 90s kid as well so all the nostalgia came my way. Also not to get weird but I just want to say thank you for always being so positive and upbeat. What a fun video! I have a vintage Plush Dumbo backpack from Disneyland in 1998, I found it in my moms basement a few years back - I put new backpack straps and a crossbody strap on it and I can’t wait to wear it back to Disneyland one day!

I was a late 70's/early 80's kid in grade school ..I watched it every week when it was on tv.. that's really cool that u loved it also.. I can hear the theme song right now, it was the best! I still have my teen beat magazines, the brown bunny shaped Nestle quik cup. And, care bears drinking glasses, batman drinking glasses & California raisins collection that I got from McDonald's.. how fun to see all your things!! I'm gonna have to get all my stuff out now 😄

Rodriguez (bought at a garage sale) and Hanging with The Backstreet Street Boys (bought from one of my younger siblings Scholastic book club orders).
I recently sat next to AJ at a dance competition. He was there with his kids. He was SO nice to everyone who came up to talk to him and ask for a picture.

Totally team Backstreet, too! I totally used to store a chapstick/lipgloss in my little tiny zip up Tigger like that! I had a plush backpack of the Snuggle bear...it was so cute...but completely not practical! LOL! Oh my gosh!!! I had completely forgotten about the worry dolls! My older sister had those. That Minnie had is adorable! I had forgotten about the Taco Bell dog until the other day when we were in the drive thru for Taco Bell and the person in front of us had a dog in the front seat of their car and my husband said "yo quiero taco bell" I cracked up!

That was cute! I was an 80’s kid so most of these were just starting when I was in high school but I have a few cabbage patch kids still and have a Happy Bear Xmas ornament. I had a few My Little Ponies too but that was b/c we all had horses. My mom threw out all of my toys except my stuffed animal collection (and I snuck my CPK’s in there) and a few ornaments. I did a recent purge of them and got rid of a lot more but couldn’t let my Minnie Mouse bought from DL, my stuffed Benji, bought during the hay day of Benji movies, my pound puppy, and all my tiggers. I let most of the others go to a little girl to a girl whose Mom was just starting over with nothing after leaving an abusive marriage. She got 2 huge garbage bags full of stuffies to snuggle with and I didn’t mourn my childhood toys that way. Boy bands weren’t a thing yet; NKOTB came out when I was in high school but I was older than them so they didn’t really register much on my radar. My grandparents custom made me a beautiful wooden crib with a mattress and sheets and a patchwork quilt plus a bunch of sewn and knitted clothes for my CPK and I wish my Mom had had the slightest sentimental bone in her body b/c she gave all that away. Those meant so much to me and I really wish I still had them out of all my toys. Fun video that brought up lots of memories
I remember polly pocket and I think I might have had one. I remember Furby too. I owned a gray furby with a white chest. I also owned a tamagotchi. I’m trying to put together a 90’s box for my rice & nephew. One thing I have yet to find for a reasonable price is a polly pocket. The new ones they have brought back the doll is different.
I LOVED Bear in the Big Blue House when I was little! 😍 My mom used to sing the theme song & the Goodbye song to my brother & I when we were little cause she loves Luna the moon! I work at a grade school & the music teacher always the goodbye song from Out of the Box! Polly Pockets are pure nostalgia too I used to play with those with my best friend at her house & when I was a baby my mom used to buy everything Winnie the Pooh for me baby clothes, baby toys, baby mobile, plushies, etc. & she had a Tigger hat herself! That tiny My Little Pony was a whole thing. They did fit onto little horse shoes that ande stuff happen on the playsets. So there were like houses and stores and I remember having a carousel. We had a bunch of those....very similar to Polly Pocket but I think the ponies were around first. ❤️ I think they were called Ponyville.🤔
They should bring back that munching cabbage patch kit BUT include an on/off switch so if hair or anything got sucked in that shouldn’t you could just turn it off and either cut a strand of hair or possibly pull it back out of the dolls mouth.

To the BSB wallpaper, or at least a wall 🙃 I also loved (still do, actually) Polly, and also have part of the Zoo compact, but I remember it only had one doll. My childhood in a box for sure and I think every girl had a backstreet boys poster on thier wall. The only thing I still have from my childhood is carebears cuz we moved around too much to save anything. I do have the taco bell dogs in my collection cuz i have a Chihuahua.

The worry dolls are kinda like the tooth fairy. It’s a legend that if you tell the doll a worry, and then you put said doll under your pillow… you’d wake up to no worry! They should bring back that munching cabbage patch kit BUT include an on/off switch so if hair or anything got sucked in that shouldn’t you could just turn it off and either cut a strand of hair or possibly pull it back out of the dolls mouth.

On a side note, am from Mexico, and I remember they used to sell those little threaded dolls as souvenirs, and I have a vague memory of them taking away your nightmares? Or maybe they were for good luck?... Anyway.

The worry dolls are kinda like the tooth fairy. It’s a legend that if you tell the doll a worry, and then you put said doll under your pillow… you’d wake up to no worry!
