I love giving employment our people, but we have to learn as a unit of people that we have to want more for ourselves, our people are stuck, not all, but most. I have employed so many of my people, not only employed but offer full scholarships and lap tops through my business to send you back to school, but I can’t get our people to stay on the job more the 3 months to start the program that I offer, they either are terminated or leave because of lack of workmanship. You can only lead a horse to water, you can’t make them drink it. I want so much better for our people, but it’s hard trying to make them see it for themselves.. 🤦🏽♀️

But doing it can lead to everything above just spoken on. Not all black people is of the streets. Some are bullied talk about pick on ashamed, if they do not follow the norm of their community. @@PH-lr2mp No. This was at the McCormick Convention Center. You had to actually go to Complex Con and stand in line for each panel they presented. Each day they had 3/4 panels. Don C and Wale were the main guys that Saturday.

These rappers are giving the next generation a privilege, a privilege to get advice from entrepreneurs and professionals with liquid assets. A privilege to not only witness advice from moguls and influencers, but a privilege to have a better connection with economic growth in our age than the last. Keep it up!

@@seanedwell mighty funny when there was segregation blacks people did own hotels not like today standard's own mom and pops grocery stories, some own land and there they just did but now the only people i see moving that way are the mexican the asian make damn sure there kids excel and surpass the white the jewish kids are up there as well and so are the north Africans all they are doing is going to replace the blacks in jobs land homes and when they finally get the green light to do what they can to finally put blacks and their place you can't go to those other ethnic groups and beg for help food housing home jobs they just don't give a damn blacks will be finally driven back to square one and have to regroup in that's what's going to make them regroup that's why that all the talking in the world's not going to help BLACK are Being replaced all over just wait once the other diverse minorities get in true power no black man can walk up to them WITH that white man stuff cause the new white men arent even going to hear YOU
@@seanedwell well blacks were doing statistically better in the Jim crow era in terms of marriage, ownership and crime against each other and they had 1/10 of the resources we have today.
