Generally if we cook in non stick pan, the flame should not be kept high.. Maximum medium we can keep, but slow flame is always better I guess

Actually, that's not true, maybe your personal preference. Flame setting doesn't matter for non stick pan, it just works fine. It matters for the food inside the pan :)
