Any clown with dollars can buy one of these cars but not many have the balls and talent to throw down like that. Impressive driving! Love the channel keep it coming.
Great control! I have a question for you as I’m attending a drift event in my 1LE soon. Are you running in Track mode - Race settings or all nannies off by pressing and holding TC button? Any others pointers I should know? Clutch kick, etc? Thanks in advance!
Thank you! Brave of you taking your car to a drift event. It’ll be a blast. I want to as well but just don’t know what I’d do for wheels & tires. So yes I turn everything off by pressing & holding tc button for 5 seconds. I also have a video explaining in depth here th-cam.com/video/eHWExG2WahM/w-d-xo.html You can clutch kick if you find your self bogging down I have done it. Our cars are pretty gripped up so don’t be afraid to throw a lot of throttle at it!
@@StirlingMossDrives I’ll be sure to watch that video. Appreciate the guidance and thought the same about traction but I figured out a cheap drift alternative… I’m taking the 18x9.5 wheels off my bmw that have identical bolt/hub specs. Then throwing in new but very cheap all season tires in 255/45/18 to maintain correct diameter sizing (eliminates ice mode while braking) . It should drift like crazy while keeping costs low. Fingers crossed!
I have this exact same car, same color and everything. How in the world do you get it to slide that easily? I find it very difficult to slide these cars with the big 305s on the back and elsd
This is with the e diff? I cant decide if I want an ss or a 1le because 1le has the nice recaro seats😭😭 What do you like better personally drifting wise? Regular ss with the lsd or 1le with the e diff?
wow fekin superb. now lets see an s550 mustang do that lol...the pos would be bouncing all over the place. wow your 1le was rock solid dude. how a proper sports car should be. cheers 2017 2ss owner from sweden. love your user name btw lol
How the hell do you maintain such a perfect angle like that? Maybe it’s the stock tires but they either always try to grip up and set me straight or I just spin out
I want to learn how to drift like this so bad. Not to show off but to be able to have complete control of the car. I just bought a 22 ss 1le and i enjoy it quite a bit but this woukd definitely be nice to learn
Congrats! Be very careful with this car. Tons of grip and can be snappy if you don’t know what you’re getting into. Suggest getting into a simulator to learn how to drift. That’s how I did it.
@@StirlingMossDrives thanks for the advice. I'm definitely leaving the traction control on for a very long time. I'm humble enough to admit I am not skilled enough to handle the power even with it being stock.
@@Cathlabkid Yea little by little. Do some autocross events if anything to learn how the car moves around with traction control disabled in a safe setting. You have a beautiful car so try your best to keep it safe.
@@Cathlabkideh, I had all assists off by 1k miles. Don’t be afraid to test the car. You’d be surprised how well she hooks up. I’m coming from a built STI though so I’m used to wild cars lol.

Definitely giving respect to those who have this skill 😭 I’d probably piss myself as soon I make the entry
Facts!! I have one camaro myself but the talent is not there yet! Comment of the year !
I just bought one. I could do it I just don't wanna...😢 I can't do it.
You my friend are a bad ass driver. I won't even attempt to do this... 🤣
Great video, congratulations!... makes us more proud as Camaros owners. 👍
Lol you’ve become my favorite TH-cam channel to watch in all honesty. This is just awesome 🤣
Hahah thank you man!

@@dabjabar smart idea! I think it’ll be a complete drift missle
I’m on my third set or rear tires and have yet to do a proper donut or burn out in mine
Sick!
These type of videos are the best. So sick of "hey YT today I'm gonna..." 🤦♂️
do you think 1LE makes it harder or easier to drift? i'd assume harder since theres more grip and the car is more likely to snap.
Harder for sure for the reasons you said. You have to be quick with how fast the car will re grip.

Never drifted with the mechanical diff but the E diff works wonders man. The 1le is the best car ever.
Would like to learn one day 😁
