Really helpful tips, thank you! I have painted my hedgehog and I'm very pleased with him. All those little details you draw attention to make a much better end result, especially the eye and nose details I think. I gave my hoggy a cold, grey autumn sky and a grassy foreground. (I had to stop halfway through my painting to go outside and put out the calci worms and dog food for our prickly night visitors 😊)

I don’t have hedgehogs, but here in the southeastern US, we have a lot of groundhogs that visit! 😃

Hi Toni, as a guess you are problem looking at roughly 8-12 hours, but that can vary depending on the amount of detail put into the painting. Paul 🎨
