I just noticed Nico has a ball and chain and runs at the same speed as everyone else. So, that means either Nico is stupidly strong/fast or everyone else is just incredibly slow.
he is incredibly strong, he used to walk out of other prisons via walking through the walls, they said he would most likely do the same here but they don't do needles for his medicine here so he doesn't.
